Bucc was my first char ever in maple, back in the old days when it was painful until about 160-170. (Pre-BB era) Good to see they are getting some love.
Oh, I should also mention that the future update to orbs is just worded strangely. You can still hit multiple enemies with it at the same time (like black mage's phase 1, horntail, or enemies split by Shade) but the amount of hits that can occur on a single enemy are limited.
So if you throw an orb against 2 enemies and one of the enemies disappear/teleport/ midway through the orb's damage, the orb will retain the remaining hits on that one enemy while hitting the first one until the limit of hits is reached. Then if the other enemy who disappeared reappears, it can be hit by the hits that it didn't get hit by.
I know...it's a strange way to explain it, but yeah it still works the same (hits multiple enemies,) it just has a limited amount of hits now (per enemy.) I guess is the tldr.
Wait, so is that good or not? Did they increase the damage then?
@@alexp86389 Think of it as unchanged, but it did get buffed. They increased the lines, but it can only hit a max of 140 times.
Overall it's a buff. Currently, even on a big size boss like gloom, I can only get a single orb to hit 125 or so times. On a smaller boss, it hits way less since it passes through them sooner.
With the changes that are coming, it'll always hit the max hits even on smaller enemies.

@@alexp86389 For sure! No more wasting hits on smaller targets. And even though there's a hit limit on it after that update, it still hits more times than it does now.

As a shadower main, I am patiently waiting for the shadower video
I actually started maining bucc after the destiny update and I can say it's a very fun class to main or mule like you mentioned. The bust is very easy to do during bossing making it easier for those who aren't looking for a tune of skills to use all at once their tri-nodes are as simple you only need 2 tri-nodes for but I ended up doing for to max Nautilus strike as well so the nodes are a bit wasted so you can switch it out for basically anything you want. Looking forward to the bossing after the summer update. Also the pirate flag skill is a most get for bossing as well the free % stats and ied is great in parties for those looking for that little added bump. Highly recommend the class for those wanting something simple but very fun once you get into it.
you would want to include nautilus strike in your trios since it'll also boost the passive damage of the 2 additional lines it provides
Literally only chose thunderbreaker because that shark skill looked badass
Hyperburned one immediately when I started playing during Ignition and I think there's only 2 classes I've played that have been as fun so far, honestly the ease of use and overall OP-ness has been the main thing keepin me playing

I remember when Buccaneers came out and people thought they was weak. But you soon to find out their 2nd job dash+back flip move in cpq was the best grind and leeching move. Then In 3rd job they had that super move with the earthquake which you can take over any flat map. Then once 4th job, you do this combo we call the dragon dance. Which I use in skele which can block skele or Nestie damage if time correctly. I also use the combo to fight bosses such as big foot because you can block his jump if you dash him out. The only thing I probably hate is that stupid skill that make your feet look like it has dust hahaha. Overall I love the new bucc but I also love the dragon dance combo that was invented on the old bucc. PvP was a breeze for bucc if you got the combo and timing right.
Does anyone know how to get those boss HP showing for the arms? I’ve looked at settings and I can’t seem to find it

playing it as a mule bosser is super fun as it is not super burst dependant and can deal consistent dpm.
dodging boss attk with animation cancel is super fun and prevent me from sleeping (unlike my wind breaker mule)
Can any thunder breaker player guide me a few things on key binding😢 I like that char but seems not much people like playing them compared to buc

Currently trying to decide between Bucc WA or DB for my next hyper burn, I want something with good crit dmg/final damage, ied, and good mobility. Bucc is def the safest option.

As someone who burned wind archer I have to say it is a excellent choice Cus grinding to 250 I would have never done on wind archer otherwise lmao
Bucc on the other hand I think has more fun grinding and I’d be more willing to grind that naturally, however since I burned wind archer last time I can burn my bucc this time so I’m in unique position to put less work into both lol
I haven't played DB, but between WA and Bucc I would personally burn WA just for the fact that Bucc is already pretty easy to level because of how good their mobbing is.

I was a Buccaneer main before it was mainstream after the V Update. Picked it as soon as RED came out, and it was love at first sight.
It just hit right when it came to bossing even before 5th job. You take the fight close and personal :p

Every video i see is 100% crit rate & 1 shots everything while It takes me 3,4,5 sometimes even 6 hits with my paladin to kill reg monsters @ my current level 115 with 6 link skills @70 @ w not that great cubing and 5-10 star power per equip
I HATE when you use genkidama and if you use double arrow, get teleported. You can't move 2 pixels on burst (to dodge some stuff). Annoying!

So nexon made Dawn warrior and Bucc the laziest class to play, but nerfed the hell out of my lv 270 kanna, blaze wizards still have a hard time while drinking a shit tone of MP then any other mage and Corsair is long forgotten/left behind because why bother playing with Guns when NL and NW does a much better job
Did you just call corsairs left behind? Lol. They're one of the stronger classes in the game right now
