Pomegranate martinis are one of our household favorites! We cannot get Pom pomegranate juice where we live now so ours are not as pretty as yours. My husband also makes a pomegranate glaze that is perfect on salmon. A pomegranate martini is the perfect companion.

Great video! Though I wouldn't recommend mint with the pomegranate. I grab some sage from the garden & make a quick sage simple syrup to add a smoother sweet flavor. Mint is simply a little too overpowering for me with pomegranate.

I use only 1oz of pure pomegranate juice (not concentrate). I’ll add 1/2 oz more of Cointreau and vodka.
