I regret that I let all of these yrs go by without using the gift God gave me. I just started my art journey approx 2 and a half yrs ago. Started with watercolor and have invested so much money. I can't stop buying art supplies and can't stay focused on one thing. Now I've gone and invested in acrylics. Marie, God gave you the ultimate gift. Brava, Marie! If I could dream of gardens, they would look like this. Your brushwork and colours are so spontaneous, yet respecting values and composition. Still, the outcome is beautiful and playful. What is your feeling about whether art is abstract, or impressionistic? I feel confused about this when my work becomes overly literal. Or, does it even matter?!

Funny thing is ,as a small child it would have probably had more structure ,been simpler and worked better in no time ,how the world fills our heads with stuff .
