This home is stunning!! The stone and woodwork are gorgeous. Each part of the house is masterfully constructed with attention to detail, color scheme and functionality. Earthy, yet modern. Solid and spacious, but not ostentatious. Thank you for allowing us to be part of one of the most complete houses I’ve ever toured.

It's a beautiful home.. I just wished you would've slowed down and did a normal walk through of the entire home, going for room to room to give a better lay out. But over all I love this home. Not looking to relocate- but I'm here looking at homes to build and get different ideals for my dream home.

Stone archway in leading to the kitchen and family room was gorgeous.. Exterior elevation was gorgeous... Felt that all the kitchen cabinets are too dark.. felt all the bedrooms including the master suites were too small.. cabinets in master bathroom and light fixtures in bathroom were outdated for this modern home.
So glad you liked the home! Our clients chose the specific drywall texture applied to this home, unlimited choices is certainly a beauty of custom home building! Thanks again for taking the time to watch our video, we really appreciate it!

I liked how at the end of the office tour he says, "check out how amazing these views are" - then proceeds not to show us the view from the office balcony at all. Well done.

50% of the house is custom and made to look like the advertisements, while the other 50% is plain and low budget. The landscape and pool cost more than half the home. Its a good idea, but not worth the price considering you need to spend ~2million to buy this and still upgrade half the property to match the glamor of the other side. You dont want your 'guests' or 'in-laws' to be in the ugly side of the home questioning if you really are a crypto-scammer-millionaire!
@@billcoolgarcia Glad the glasses caught your attention nonetheless, thanks for engaging with our content! Keep an eye out for more sunglasses in future videos 😎
This home has a troweled drywall texture which is very minimal, and is the most common type of texture for our clients. Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback!
Agree, textured walls or ceilings are done when you have bad drywallers. In a house at this price don’t do it! Step up at front door is a bad idea, and spend the money and do a real theatre room. Pool area looks relaxing.
@@RustProofHero We certainly appreciate your feedback! This is the true beauty of a custom home, to each their own! Thank you for engaging with our content, more to come!
Fail for me. First off, why would you have to step up as soon as you enter the house? That's silly. Then the "theater room" is nothing more than a big sofa with a tv. Also, not very custom if you have shower curtains in bathrooms and a refrigerator from Best Buy. Lastly, why would you elevate the pool so that when you look outside all you see is a giant wall? This house makes no sense whatsoever and was not thought through properly.
This home was certainly thought out extremely well by our clients, sounds like your taste just doesn't match theirs. The topography of the lot also strongly dictated many decisions, especially in regards to how the pool was built. Thank you for your feedback nonetheless!
@@mykccustomhomes my apologies. In my haste I didn't take time to be more constructive, and the comment was admittedly snarky. I'm sincerely sorry for that. Having done enough of these projects, I understand that opinions aren't useful if they don't guide toward improvement. Allow me to rephrase, although the home is nice and appears to be thought out, it is also very predictable. The "builder-grade spec" comment wasn't specifically about the material choices (eg. bathroom tile, kitchen and bath cabinets, lighting fixtures, countertops, ventilation covers, light switches and outlets, kitchen appliances, mini-split placement, entry tile, wall texturing, etc.). Rather, it was generally directed toward the overall appeal. When designing and building a home, there's much to consider prior to making material choices - architecture (will you follow a template that every architect uses), flow (will the house have a floorplan that's a carbon copy or near copy of countless homes within a 200-mile radius), setting (will the home take advantage of natural features of the environment, the land, the neighborhood, etc.) - then comes materials (will the material selection be guided by an intentional, purposeful design, one that begins even before breaking ground; one that aims to project a desired lifestyle of beauty, form, and function for the person that purchases it). In reviewing the walkthrough, this home lacks thoughtfulness in a few areas. Surely, there are those that will adore it. But, I'd suggest taking a look at projects by (I am not endorsing or representing either of these individuals) April Tomlin (especially, watch some of her latest work), Jeffrey Dungan, Patterson Custom Home Builders, ABI interiors, builds featured on Local Project and EST living (YT channels). Among these, you'll discover some extraordinary projects. Thanks for responding to my comment and all the best in the New Year!
