Nice job guys. But why 3 bathrooms for such a large home? This is supposed to be having 5 bathrooms. The fifth bathroom would be accessible to visitors and probably the 6th having an entrance from the BBQ patio at the back of the home. Give a great answer and you will build one for me in Waller, Texas.

This is a custom home, encompassing certain components or lack there of that are specific to the local market and community comparables. To ensure appraisal values and a sound investment, specific decisions are made on bathroom counts based on the above information. Nonetheless, the hall bathroom with the shiplap vanity is extremely accessible from not only the common area like the great room, it is also just inside the sliding glass door providing access to the rear porch.

Where is parking?
Thank you for your question! We have a vast amount of parking available for this home, with the circular drive in the front of the home that can comfortably fit 4 cars, alongside the parking pad outside of the garage on the rear of the home, this property can easily fit 10 vehicles without anyone being blocked in!
☝️😏 Monster house,, the cost of home help to upkeep it, utilities, taxes is a black hole. .. but I'm not ultra rich

So happy to hear that you see the beauty in our product! Orange County, California is certainly a gorgeous area of the United States, however, Texas is where we plan to conduct business for the foreseeable future. But who knows, maybe one day we will operate in California as well!
@mykccustomhomes I don't know if you want to do that because that house would be quadruple the price for the same thing here I did enjoy my time in Texas especially Corpus .. but the weather here is Bar None the best in the world.18 degrees now in Dallas....70 degrees here now
