Why did you push to h4 early and go for a pawn storm? That looked really strong and busting open the h-file for the rook probably wins.
The c5 move threw her. She should have ignored it and continued with h4. And then if black exchanges pawns on d4, then the knight can effectively sit on Nb5 most of the middlegame and locks up the queenside.

I’d like to see a chess game where your fans could play against you and even the odds by leveling them up with power moves.
This chess game would be able to allow power moves for each piece:
- Pawn can move like a Rook for one turn
- Rook can move like a Knight for one turn
- Knight can move like a Bishop for one turn
- Bishop can move like a Queen for one turn
- Queen can swap positions with its King
- King can move to any unoccupied position on his home half side of the board.
The chess board could be in the middle of the screen. On the left and right sides all of the types of pieces will be white icons, tiled vertically, that turn red when clicked: King, Queen, Bishop, Knight, Rook, and Pawn.
Each player will click the position buttons they are bidding to be allowed to use.
There are three dots next to each piece icon, they can click the again to light up to three power moves for each piece.
As they click the icon, the dots light up, showing how many power moves they are bidding for that type of piece. Once done, they click the Bid button.
Each player has the option to click Accept or Deny in response to the other players Bid.
Both players clicking Accept starts the game.
If one player clicks Refuse, the other player must reselect and click rebid.
In order to activate a power move, the player must click the icon for the type of piece they wish to move, which will then turn green, at the beginning of the prior turn to indicate they plan to use the ability for the next turn.
Once their next turn arrives, they can click on the type of piece they selected to activate for the power move and move it to one of the possible power move positions.
In the case of the Queen, the King and Queen will automatically switch positions once the Queen is clicked/activated.
Players are not forced to use the move once activated, they can change their mind and move a different piece. They still lose the power move.
Maybe it’s not a good idea, but if you happen to think it is, maybe you have programmer fans that could build this?
My thinking is that this would be a good onramp to building your Chess Metaverse. First would be the game I suggest, then there would be a ChessGPT engine, where players can conversationally negotiate an infinite possible configurations, and eventually it would evolve into the metaverse format.
