This video helped keep me from a nervous breakdown, lol! It was my first time alone to can, and first time with this canner. I watched your video several times, then took the computer in the kitchen with me and followed step by step. Long time canners tried my jam and all of them were raving about it. Thanks for the help and the confidence boost! Now, I will be looking to find more of your videos. Thank you!!!

I am so glad it could help! The machine takes the human error out of it and in time will make it less stressful rather than more. You’ve got this!! Can’t wait to hear what other wonderful things you make!!

Your jam really looks good. I don’t eat much jam. I made a lot last year and gave a lot for Christmas. I’d rather have salty food than sweet. I also have that canning book. I really like it.

It’s the best but I seldom give others a shot so I’m biased! The jam was delicious.

Jam is touchy. Lol. I still am trying to get them right. I have been canning for 20 years. I have only had them work my first year. I think it’s because I was so attentive lol.
