I have a 2009 Mercedes S 300, in the country where I am (Thailand) radio, sound, navigator, telephone does not work, is there any system I can use to modify or fix this problem, the dealership here and dearest have asked me for € 12,000 to change the Mercedes screen (I'm out with the prices)

Does this require a radio wire harness? Im not sure one exists for a 2008 CL
