I feel like an inside center can cook with the right teammates, but the problem just is that if you hop in the rec you gon have at least one slasher on the squad and than inside centers just mess it up
Everyone says they want a big that can shoot but refuses to pass the ball, the main reason I feel like they say they want centers that shoot is that the can drive and score without the center in the paint, I get that if you scoring keep doing that but remember not everyone wants to sit in the corner for 3 quarters without a single pass. Sometimes just pass the ball to the guy that is t getting touches let him do what he can to get a bucket sometimes it helps the person get a feel for the game and they won’t sell or quit,
I see where you’re coming from, I personally believe in letting all my teammates eat, but I know it’s a hard knock life in random rec. Keep fighting brother 🫡💯
At this point i dont even try to get the ball as a big since 99% of guards controllers are missing every button but the joysticks the turbo button and the shoot button
@@antwistephen9399 when the center bricks wide open after them running to the paint against 3 people, they don’t care bout reason anymore they just succumb to insanity. Rim running, late passes, half court passes.
This is facts. I deal with a lot of petty dudes (surprisingly ppl at least 35 years old) who call timeouts randomly just to waste them. This video pretty much covers everything, but I guess you could say acting like a woman is another reason for losing lol. Also, I have a good big man build where I can hit jumpers (still need a better release but the stats are there, 88 middy 82 three) but my teammates tend to want me to play like a traditional big. I certainly dont mind as long as they pay attention to my cuts, but they usually miss me about 85% of the time and then feed me at the absolute worse times in the paint.
Dope vid bro, the one thing that stands out to me i the REC is players who have the tools to be great defenders but squander it, usually by jumping too much or overreacting on defense. The best tip i can give anyone is to use the right stick on defense and not jump, right stick up is god tier in 2k24 when it comes to contests. So many big men ive played with that could do way better on defense by moving their feet and keeping their hands up in the paint. Its also really useful for perimeter defense, move your feet, keep up with the ball handler, and get a hand up.
What about the pg running away from the ball on the inbound or the inbounded launching down court past 2-3 teammates knowing everybody has gold stealing badges by now
This is an amazing and realistic vid. The 2k community is in dire need of content like this. Wayyyy too much clickbaiting and bs content. You posted something real and I hope this blows up. Good luck to you bro!
On the note of spacing, I hate when I inbound the ball as a center and when I come down the court 2 or 3 of the other users are all setting screens and no one’s in the corner so we have 5 of us within 10 feet. Like I literally haven’t passed half court and they’re all there already. First 2 down should automatically goto the corner and wait a few seconds for a play to develop. But everyone wants to be the man. And there’s nothing worse than a small weak guard trying to set a pick when I have brick wall gold and stone mfs so the ball handler gets separation from his man. My buddy always sits in the corner and most of the time his guy gets bored and leaves him and he’s making everything.
I’m definitely gonna touch on this in my next video, guards who set screens are one of my biggest pet peeves bro! I’m a big believer of letting the Center/PF do their job. So great point made bro 💯💯🫡
Great tips bro. Another one I want to add is to actually use the cpu teammate to your teams benefit if you happen to get one. Trust me I wish every game was a legit 5v5 but I think some players try to force feed the ball to other teammates who’s not cpu and it forces turnovers. And this 2k most cpu teammates is greening if they open.
Bro these randoms ok they might be good might hit above 50% but every time they mad when the other shoot and miss after they finally pass with 3 seconds left shuts annoying af
You forgot to mention the reason why people make inside builds such as center who can’t shoot is because when you play SOLO REC majority of time, you will NOT get the ball standing wide open at 3pt line. You can be standing wide open at 3 and not get the ball on purpose so yea I wouldn’t blame someone making an inside center if that keeps happening with 99 O board.
I mostly main big man and I can say I hate the dribble dribble pg who wait to pass when their clamped or shot clock is down. If I don’t see the pg passing I’ll say something.
0:46 who sold that the three people with Cs had no turn overs and less FGA combined than the point or center:/ 2 of em even shot 50% the third only took 4 shots
Take a good look at how much the C+ player’s defenses scored. One of them even told me on the mic, “I’m just tryna practice my shot dude.” If you could’ve seen how bad they sold that entire game you’d delete this comment. 😂💯
I play on a big TV with no lan cable and can’t shoot that’s all I have to say and my win percentage every season finishes around a 70% Yeah shooting in 2k24 is hard for no reason smh as soon as you miss your first shot your done 😂
What about gaurds bringing they men in the paint rushing the paint like they're are able to get boards you big man bashed but doesn't say how the guardsbe in the way no bigs don't always have to pass out i can drop step post spin post hop into a dunk or lay etcetera....... and yes ive been iced out until they all quit and its 2 on 5 we win and i end up with 20+ points 30 reb 5 blocks
Bro I definitely said big builds get missed way too often on cuts and post up opportunities. I bashed on everybody cmon now. 😂 That being said, you did make a good point about guards trying to do the big man’s job. I can’t stand watching that either so I might throw it in a part 2. 🤔💯
The key to winning is to back out of the lobby so you don’t play with selling bums( you have to do it before it says waiting for opponent other your player performance meter will decrease). This won’t count as a lost.

that is the most frustrating thing, don’t hit you on an open cut but hit you when you tried to cut and the paint was clogged
