OMNIHIVE inner: 399 × 82 × 106 mm Gamegenic DUNGEON inner: 405 x 89 x 110 mm 100+ sidewinder: 104 x 88 x 78 mm 100+ Boulder: 76 x 75 x 98.5 mm I have the gamegenic DUNGEON 1100, and it holds exactly 10 sidewinders 100+ with no extra room. It has an inner space of 405mm, but it hold the deck box sideways, so at the end you use the 78mm side instead of the 88 mm side... Since the Omnihive have 82mm of height instead of 89 like the dungeon, it can't hold the deck boxes sideway. A regular 100+ sidewinder have a width of 88 mm... according to ultimate guard, this has 399 mm of inner space... so it could hold 4 sidewinders and will leave it with 47 mm of extra space. Not sure the size of the tray, but probably it would have the exact one for it (if you can measure it, we could confirm it). If you use boulders, your best bet is going for the ARKHIVE 400+ or 800+. Those hold exactly 4/8 100+ boulders or 5/10 80+. There is no room for bigger deck boxes like the sidewinder, but the boulders fit perfectly.
OOOOO look at that new background! This thing looks beefy. Personally, I think I'm gonna stick to cardboard boxes for storage, but if I do decide to upgrade, I think ill get this
I am definitely tempted. So far compartmentwise, the GameGenic Dungeon is great, but it's not great for weekly LGS travel, (I bring a lot of decks with me just incase). I've got a few diferent ones at this point but I need ones that can hold the newer sidewinders that are about a milimeter wider than the old versions and dont fit in a normal arkhive. I have a smarthive but I dont need the playmat space.
I have the gamegenic dungeon at home for my cube and it's true than the detatchable lid is a real good feature. I often let my box open near my computer desk when I make change in it and I can't see how I could do that with the Omnihive. The drawers are a nice addition on the other side.
Loved this review !!! thank you for showing how many boulders it holds that's an A+++ in my book so thank you for doing that. When you review the gamegenic 1100+ please show how many boulders it holds (80/100+ or others as well) as alot of people i know including myself use boulders for their decks so this was very helpful thank you :-) New sub :-)
Thank you so much for covering MTG products! I am curious how many cubemajings this Omnihive can store? I defiantly considering one of these things for a future cube of mine.
I just checked and the Omnihive 1000+ can hold 50 cubeamajigs WITH the drawers still inside. If you take both drawers out, you can fit 56 in there. For reference I can fit 42 cubemajigs in the Arkhive 800+. Hope that helps!
Hi, there. Just so you know: UG can't make lids like Gamegenic's, because they have a patent on that kind of detachable lid, so they get to have exclusive use of that for a time. Yes, it's unfortunate for their competitors. About the 2022 exclusive: Ultimate Guard does a exclusive line every year, and these were actually supposed to have come out in 2021. Usually what they do is release products they already have in an exclusive colour (2020, for example, was red and black boulder, and black boxes with red interior). AFAIK this is the first time they're releasing exclusives which are also a new product, so I'm can't say this is 100% true, but I figure they will release Omnihives in other colors as part of a non-exclusive line, in regular colours, the exclusivity in this case is the orange/green colour. But I think they won't have the grey interior, since they upgraded all of their line to be monochromatic. Thanks for showing this!
Thank you so much for this information! I had forgotten about the patent. Even if Ultimate Guard did something like the Smarthive with the lid, it would been a little better my opinion. But all in all I think it’s a great box. Thank you for watching and commenting! I really appreciate it!
Disclaimer, I don't have enough toploaders to fill one up but I have a stack of them so I did a rough estimate. It seems this can hold around 490 toploaders if you remove the drawers. Closer to 450 if you keep the dice drawers in it. Hope that helps!
New sub :) but love seeing someone other than proff who is very detail. I'm curious on how many BCW prisms fit in this comfortably? kinda want to pull trigger on the box and moving to prisms.

I'm looking forward to getting a Dungeon so I can compare them.

Thank you so much! I will be sure to include that in my Dungeon review! I plan on doing a compare video of the two when I get the Dungeon.

I got this box I doubt it’ll fit all of my bulk pokemon cards but we’ll see
I know I'm a bit late to the party but how many toploaders does the omnihive fit approximately? Can't find any info on that one

Thank you so much! I just checked and the Omnihive can hold 10 prisms with out the dice drawers, and 8 prisms with the dice drawers. Hope that helps!
You are the greatest! Thank you so much! *proceeds to buy omnihive and 8 prisms*
Do you know if the Ultimate Guard Flip'n'Tray 80+ will somehow fit into this?
I don’t have a Flip ‘n’ Tray at the moment so I can’t say for certain. But I plan on getting one soon and I’ll let you know!
Can this hold one touch??
I just checked and sadly it cannot. They are a bit too big. I know the Treasurehive from Ultimate Guard can hold one touches. I hope that helps!
Holders or topladers? :O
Thanks for answer!
Regards!!! :)
It holds both perfectly with space to spare!
Great!
Thank you for your feedback!
Greetings! =)
is 14,000 cards too many?
Nope! The more the merrier!
