My greatest concern is how to recover from all these economic and global troubles and stay afloat especially with the political power tussle going on in US.
Yes, tesla, transportation, e-commerce among other sectors are expected to experience growth, but who knows, the market has been a basket of surprises.
Great advice on the leasehold, my son is currently looking at this option as the property is perfect for him and a great deal. Leasehold remaining is around 65vears but he would be mortgage free in 15 years potentially. I have heard he would struggle to sell on without an extension. Let's hope the land is wanted by then. Also is it easier with maisonettes. Great video and super advice. Cheers.
Very informative video again. Hoping you do a video once again about critical illness claim. Just a question dear. Can my wife get a claim after valve replacement which is in the policy. But it is due to a congenital birth defect that was just accidentally diagnosed when she joined the RAF, that is after 5 years when she applied to have a critical illness policy. She doesnt have any symptoms only last year hence the need for surgery. Thank you so much. Keep making videos
Im trying to sell my leashold flat in manchester....we was just at the finishing line and my buyers solicitor has just dropped the bomb that they require a deed in variation regarding a doubling ground rent charge every 10 years.....im in fear we wont be able to get one...the stress is on another level....i assume these deeds are requested often? Is this quite standard practice now?
