Thank you for your review. I have just started to play it again as I went back to my older mouthpiece This mouthpiece works really well on Selmer clarinets but today I tried on an R13. It works well on the Buffet too. I used to play several years ago on a C85 on a pair of R13 s. I liked the material they were made of and the shape of the tone chamber. These mouthpieces unfortunately are impossible to find and of course Selmer have stopped manufacturing them. It was nice to hear you play with a smooth round tone across the range of the instrument. Are you playing on a Buffet clarinet? Thank you and God bless you. Bill. Uk 🎹
@@woodwindianjoe5737 I have B3, It's the widest facing mouthpiece I've ever had, It feels very wide. What reeds work best for you on It? For me, I think V12s 2.5
I haven’t played 2.5 since I was 14 I guess. 3.5 V12 or V21 works fine. Maybe try 3 or 3.5 is too hard. I am not a fan of light reeds if I want to play in the altissimo register.
@@woodwindianjoe5737 Yes, that's the case at very high notes with lighter reeds, but even 3s are totally unplayable on B3. How can you play number 3 on B3 mouthpiece? It's impossible, way too heavy for Its design, I've certainly tried but immediately changed, didn't work. Way too much resistance.

Estupendo 👌
Your tone is superb!
Thank you for your kind words!
This mouthpiece is for players who use a harder reed.
This or BG B3? 😂
They are quite different mouthpieces. Both are professionally usable, to be sure. You should try both.

@@woodwindianjoe5737 The only #3 I can use on It is Vandoren Juno, but practically that's also like #2.5 of Vandoren Traditional.
