Erik Lomen is an owner/operator at Maine Cap N' Stem located in Gardiner, ME. Erik has been in the role of Chief- Of-Operations at Cap N' Stem since its initial establishment in 2013. Prior to Cap N' Stem, Erik developed a love for mycology after graduating from Montserrat College of Art and founding Old Crow Press, a traditional letterpress company in Massachusetts. Aside from mycology and fast hand-built motorcycles, Erik's major focus is in the growth and sustainability of medium sized mushroom farms across the United States and Canada with forward integration of innovations in the world of commercial mushroom production.
