Для фанеры надо брать диск с большим числом зубьев (40). И самое простое - это использовать малярную ленту. На ней и размечать проще. И видно лучше.

Great tips if your on a budget and can only afford a 24T general purpose blade(framing Blade). If you cut a lot of boards, and can afford it, get a blade with more teath 40T or even 60T if you need really fine edges on both sides.
You would have to be on an extremely tight budget an Avanti 7 1/4 OSB/plywood circular saw blade is like $8 at Home Depot and the Diablo 60 tooth fine finish is about $22. There is no excuse for the wrong blade.
No matter the number of teeth, chipping can be completely prevented only by special measures.
@@trex2621 rubbish! Table saw, chop saw, circular saw are all improved by the correct blade for the material. Try a 100T Frued blade against a chinese 20 tooth. If you think "special measures" is cutting through masking tape, best of luck getting the melted glue off the blade later! Also strange how the Rob Cosmans and other furniture makers dont use "special measures" to avoid breakout from saw blades. Try it yourself, cut a piece of say, hardboard with a 7tpl rip saw. Note the ragged edge. Now use a 24tpi fine toothed saw and note the edge. End of conversation!

If he had altered the blade depth to a shallow cut, the amount of brake out would be greatly reduced.

Was shown this when I was 14. I am now 70. It was common knowledge then and now. Also score line with a sharp utility knife not a new concept.

Ich hatte 2021 das mit dem Tapetenband gemacht. Nur, beim letzten Schnitt klemmte das Band. Ich wollte das Band wegziehen. Nur habe ich die Säge nicht gebremst. Glück gehabt. Finger ist nur leicht getroffen worden. Hatte dann 6 Wochen Entschleunigungszeit. Ich benutze diese kreissäge seit 17 Jahren. Von Feinarbeiten bis Stämme zu Feuerholz. Und einmal klappt es eben doch. Also: IMMER schön aufpassen.

Where I worked for years Building Homes if you tie down your blade guard the supervisor would tell you to get a tool out of your truck that he needed. When you got to your truck you would find your last paycheck under the windshield wiper with your saw sitting on the hood. There was NO EXCEPTIONS. No matter how long you work there. You were gone.

I know a 74 year old guy that knows all that and has a plexglass plate bolted to his saw because it the quickest way.
El sistema es bueno, real pero con una hoja de sierra de más dientes ( 100,- 110) y dejando solo tres dientes por sobre el espesor de la madera. Lo que muestra el video es el corte por encima ye el problema se produce por debajo. Con ese disco que usó hizo trizas la madera.

Ставим половину глубины и пилим обратным резом- пила идет спереди назад, потом на всю глубину и вперед

Blade on my Dewalt doesn’t sit at 90 degrees. Almost but not 90. Won’t adjust further.
My cheap black and decker battery op and hyper tough are that way...was going to spring for a dewalt but now I won't. Probably China manufacturing. I was sure it was just cheap saws but now I wonder. My cuts are so far off I can't make a good joint for the life of me.

If you now use the right saw blade for the right material you will not have the problem. Now you have a saw blade for trimming / scalloping . Too coarse teeth. Get a saw with more teeth. And saw calmer.
