I would like to know what rental sites did you use to get your condo and what other rental listing sites i.e similar to the one mentioned in this video that you have that are based in burnaby. Im trying to find a condo thats 1600 -1900 per month with 1 bed and bathroom. Any recomendations ? Thank you in advance
Hi Satoshi, thanks for watching! I used craigslist before to find my previous condo. It has more up-to-date listings compared to other websites. And most of them are directly dealing with landlords. For the project in this video is slightly different because it is a rental building solely managed by a developer. You will have to submit your application on their official website and wait for the approval to book an appt. Usually, renting from the developer is more expensive. With 1600-1900, I believe you can probably find 1 bed 1 bath in older buildings in Burnaby but for recently completed towers should be at least 2K or up to 2.5K. You can also join some FB groups mainly for HK people. You may find some great deals there as well.

Depending on the number of bedrooms, views and size etc. I believe the remaining one bedrooms at least starting from CAD2,000/month.

是發展商出租單位。簽約就係要提供你基本嘅證明文件，如果唔係PR就要提供工作簽證同工作證明等。
