Original/Classic Alfredo:
1 lb Fettucine Pasta
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup pasta water
1 - 1.5 cups parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Cajun Chicken Alfredo:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
fettucinie pasta
All Purpose Seasoning & Lemon Bae (use whatever your favorite chicken seasoning is)
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup diced parsley
2.5 cups parmesan cheese
1 stick of butter
2 cups heavy cream
red pepper flakes
Shrimp Rasta Pasta:
1 lb XL shrimp
1 lime
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp jerk paste
jerk seasoning to taste
AP seasoning
1-2 tbsps butter
1 lb rigatoni
1 red, green, yellow bell pepper
1 onion
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
chicken bouillon powder
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups parmesan (or half pecornio) - Розваги

I started making my Alfredo sauce from scratch when I realized how many ingredients are in the jarred stuff that don't belong there!
I recently started making my marinara from scratch as well it comes out delicious and it's so nice being anito modify the ingredients to your liking
I make a similar dish like the chicken Alfredo, but instead of peppers I use mushrooms. I also do a version with peppers but add tomato paste, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and a some different spices for a Tuscan chicken dish.

Hi there. Bertolli is my go to when it comes to Alfredo sauce,. But, no matter which one I use, I always add some heavy cream, butter, and fresh garlic. Of course homemade is the best.😁

if i don't add meat, i go with the traditional alfredo but if i'm adding chicken, i make the cajun kind. both are delicious!

I will tell you I learned how to make the Classic Alfredo 40 plus years ago and have never looked back, will never buy a store bought version because it is too easy to make it from scratch, and much better tasting than a sauce from a jar. I used to be strictly a red sauce type of gal but as I've gotten older, I enjoy both red and Alfredo sauce. Also, can you possibly put together a video in the future on Italian Pot roast? You plate so well!! Damn!! Making it yourself is pretty quick and easy. If I buy jar, it's Classico, but I usually make my own. I've never made it without cream like you did the first way, I'll have to try it to try it. Love your videos and recipes, so good!

Ok 99% of the time, I make my own Alfredo sauce. I do keep Little Italy from the Bronx Alfredo sauce on hand if I'm tired and don't feel like cooking. FYI the Little Italy Sunday gravy is good in a pinch for spaghetti.
Yessssss this was soooo on point my weakness will forever be pasta in am trying all 3 of these dishes 🤗 and yes so true once u start making the Alfredo sauce from scratch u never go back to the super market jar stuff 🤢 lol and yessss the cheese that u use does make a difference especially in the taste 😉

I’ve tried many various Alfredo sauce recipes. My husband liked the original one I made first for him. 1 stick butter, garlic, 1 brick cream cheese, freshly grated Parmesan & 3/4 cup heavy cream. I occasionally add Cajun seasoning (haven’t found a fabulous one yet).
Oh i love cream cheese in everything great addition i always put mozzerella I in mine as well
This sounds like a great recipe if you want to cut back on the heavy cream, will have to give it a try.

Great for National Pasta Day!! Love lobster and scallop alfredo. As far as jars, if you go that route it has to be tweaked. Cook should NEVUH just pour and go.

I love that you make "fun" videos like these while still taking your craft seriously (so as to better defend yourself against the gatekeepers, haha). I most often just pan sear my chicken, cut it into chunks, and mix it all together at the end. Gonna have to try the pan searing and baking method! My only note is that it would've been funnier to me if you'd said, "Alfredo Assassins," instead of "warriors." 🤣
I had a feeling Bertolli would win of the jar sauces. Growing up, I used to really enjoy this frozen lasagna skillet meal they had. It truly does taste a bit more fancy than other jar or frozen Italian cuisine. Wish tf I would pay over $10 for a jar of ANYTHING, so I'm definitely taking your word on that "Gusto" mess.
