I’m starting to suspect that Pokémon is printing less BB and will do reprints, but reprint less. They seem to be making more of the other products and pushing them through big box stores.
Yup and that’s very smart of them to do so. By just putting an ETB and 2 tins that were in the market months before together in a new packaging with some new promos and you will have collectors of seals, promos, and scalpers coming right back. Plus there’s a new exposure coming from Costco/Sams Club shoppers who normally don’t know about Pokemon but will check them out now due to below MSRP as account holders. This move also protects the value of the earlier batches of products, making everyone purchase early and not risk waiting for reprints. Pokemon is in good hands.
Alpha investments said at the end of one of his video recently (when no one is watching anymore) that although he legally cannot give specific numbers. He was able to disclose that roughly 10% of each set is printed as booster boxes while the other 90% are supplemental products like etbs, binder collections, tins, ect.
A lot of people are still scared because of what happened with Roaring Skies back in the day. It went from $300 down to about $80. Hard to say if that kind of move is even possible right now with all the extra demand. Time will tell.
Only foolish ppl then will FOMO... not even an old set is the lastest set just few months old. in 2025 there will be more new set for ppl to chase after. AND most ppl forgotten even evolving skies have their reprints. at their cheapest was 100 to 120 USD per box.
Saying moonbreon is just an easy way of letting people know which umbreon card your talking about without having to type out or say "evolving skies umbreon", literally has nothing to do with people talking about reprints
Yo pokemon people are so spoiled and CHEAPPP your talking about your crying cause u want a reprint over $50 over msrp….. its $50 bucks u think pokemon want to damage there image with reprint like SS they seen how much damage that did to the boxes. If you pre-order Prismatic ETB at $100 that’s about $11.11 a pack, 11.11x36 = $400 a Booster box’s worth of packs.
Which is beyond absurd, even by Timmy standards.
Its a regular set not a special set i dont know why people act like its not gonna get crammed into every collection box till the next gen
