    I really liked the guy training here with Jeet. He said that he is a trainer himself and its obvious that he has been training for quite sometimes. But still he remains humble and never interrupts/talks over Jeet, even when he's talking about elementary level things like warming up and their benefits. Good job my man.

    This is the best Leg workout video ever because no trainer in any gym have instructed the use of any machine or how to be in perfect form and position as Jeet Bhaiya have shown.😎

    Sir I never knew about these warm up excercises before doing legs..... thanks a lot.... sir now I have suffered groin injury.... a small tear or strain in my abductor muscles....it is a grade 1 injury..... I am 3 weeks off leg workout now.... kindly make a video on rehab exercises for groin injury when you are a bit free 😊

    Amazing video for beginners like us.. getting to see all mistakes and course corrections live, that we all can relate with. Just one doubt, weren;t the knees exceeding toes while squats? More so by Amit. Or maybe i could be wrong here

    I personally prefer to perform ’hamstrings' last of all. Calves definitely support hamstrings, so it is preferable to work and tire the gastronemius and soleus; this isolates and helps more performance of hamstrings.
