Did old low franconian had VSO word order or SVO like other Germanic languages? Some text in old Dutch have the same word order as Latin

Germanic languages at this time were more or less similar with free word order and yes, some texts imitate Latin while others have idiomatic translations. As for old low Franconian, I would say it would be the same as the other old Germanic languages because syntactically, old high German dialects and Anglo-Saxon have almost the same syntax.

What modern language is most similar to old English. I know about Scots, Frisian, and low german. Which of the germanic languages is most similar, and in what order do you think they belong. From most similar to old english to least. Modern Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Icelandic, Swedish, West Frisian, Scots, and low german

High German, because of the Grammar. Even Old Saxon or Old Frisian Grammar is much more closer to modern German than to modern Saxon and Frisian.
