Can I use this to fill my hair over some highlights before doing a permanent copper color?

Hey! Hairdresser here! It’s perfectly safe to use before permanent color! But don’t use it as the filler if your stylist says you need one. Even though these are color depositing, it’s only more of a temporary because it’s also a conditioner. It may not allow the permanent color to fill and grab on for a longer period of time. If you need a filler, it’s best to get that done with regular color as the filler. Either than that, these won’t damage hair if used before a permanent color. These are also good to use after each color service when they start to fade. I use copper because I color my hair copper and every so often, I will use the color depositing copper mask in this video to re-vibrance or, color my hair between each time I get it touched up!
