lipids digestion is important for animals. it’s a complicated process for fat digestion with three steps: emulsification,digestion and absorption. Different with emulsifiers, bile acids play an important role in the whole steps .

The video is pretty good, which is why I can be a little bit nit-picky, but what is going on when he says "chyme?" It goes, sort of auto-tuned or something, like it was added in during post-production. With that said, this is an excellent illustration and explanation of how fats can be digested and absorbed, even though they don't mix well with water at all unlike many of the other broken down nutrients.
