J'ai essayé cette méthode pour préparer des somen hier (sans glaçons cependant) et c'est épatant, ils étaient délicieux! Je les ai surveillé et sortis de l'eau chaude avant 5 minutes parce qu'ils me semblaient suffisamment cuits. Ensuite je les ai bien lavés/rincés à grande eau, et je les ai laissé dans l'eau pendant au moins 1h avant de préparer le reste du repas, et ils n'avaient pas absorbé l'eau de trempage. Merci pour cette méthode :)
