This six week ban is nonsense. My period was so irregular. I wouldn’t have known I was pregnant at six weeks. sometimes I didn’t get my period for two or three months.

For decades Republicans told us that Roe v. Wade should be overturned so that the abortion issue would be removed from the courts and decided by the people. And yet Governor DeSantis fought tooth and nail in the courts to keep abortion off the ballot in November. It makes you think.
And not just him - most of the red states kept abortion off the vote. Only those that were sure they'd have abortion ban supported by the voters put it up for vote. And all of them have been shown that most people support a right to have an abortion

Not making k!lling unborn children the solution to the government's lack of valuing policies that support the parents raising the next generation of Americans. There are plenty of areas the gov fails to support it's citizens beyond childcare. Are you going to protest those too? Are you gonna protest healthcare until they make it more affordable for average working Americans? Of course not. But babies who cannot defend themselves are fair game.

The Bible says peace be with you 365 times, once for every day of the year. Jesus experienced both peace and joy on the cross. And that is the key. As much as it might go against human reasoning, the only path to joy and peace is the cross. Yes, there will still be real suffering as we follow Christ. But He will give us joy and peace that the world can not give. We must take up our own crosses. This means the 12 year old, non-ambulatory child on a g-tube who requires 24 hour care, the 16 year old with behavior issues, the 9 year old who can’t speak and wears a diaper! I’ve worked with abused children for decades and people aren’t lining up to care/adopt! We have kids sleeping in offices due to lack of foster parents. I applaud those who have adopted, but let’s face the truth that most pro-lifers haven’t. One thing to say your pro-life, it’s another thing to actually be pro-child.

6 weeks of pregnancy = 2 or just 1 week of a late period. So, no, just 1 week is not enough to squeeze yourself into the doctors office, have several tests done, have at least 2 visits, an ultrasound. And some require at least 24 hours to change your mind before taking the pill.
