i'd really like for them to just do a sweeping round of reworks for the weakest perks in the game. There's absolutely no reason for a survivor to run them over perks like BT, dead hard, DS, sprint burst, etc. Giving more options or niche tools would be a fun way to spice up the gameplay
in a tournament scenario, BT is the only perk survivors can run on two different characters in the match, usually due to the no repetition of perks someone ends up running it, 20 secs to open the gate by default 25% now off is 5secs less, in those 5 secs nurse can blink on you and cancel the gate, or blight or spirit or whatever...

25% is still.. Measly.. For a part of the game that you only do once per game, IF you happen to get to the gates first IF the last gen ever even pops.. I feel like it could easily be 50 or even 100% and not be too strong

@@vilkkku1848 Those perks won't directly remove anything, they increase the action speeds and that is additive in DBD. A 50% speed increase decreases the time to open the gate by 33%.
You can compare a heal a teammate with purple med-kit +fast addons, boon: circle of healing, we'll make it, botany knowledge, resilience, spine chill, desperate measures dying ligth And without med-kit
So basically, you just have 2 perks to use the whole game, and one of them requires you to be injured and the other requires the killer to look at you, the WHOLE game.

I can use resilience perk (which is free ) to get 9% value for everything( including exit Gates ) .and sometimes it's not guarantee to reach end game to open gate and avoid someone else open the gate .nah not worth it 😕 specially these days there is meta killer perk which can counter every exit gate perk ( i don't know the name ) = it block the exit gate = for 60s . They should change the perk like = if you or someone else touch exit gate you see aura of your teammates the whole time .

This perk is so useful when you’re the only one left alive and the killer has kicked the hatch closed. Now, can we completely rework Deja Vu? It’s possibly the worst perk in the game.
Deja Vu is powerful because if you do a generator that is red every time, the killer will not be able to patrol the gens when there are only 3 left. Deja Vu works well with Prove Thyself as well.

You're just wrong. It takes survivors 20 seconds to open the gate normally. In this video with max level Wake Up it takes 15 seconds. It's 5 seconds faster and 5 seconds is exactly 25% of 20 seconds so it literally takes 25% less time to open. For reference, 25% less time to open is exactly the same as 25% faster. The only time it doesn't work like this is when the game doesn't calculate percentages normally or if they have a cap at some point.
I love how so far every rework is geared to helping survivors while fucking over killers even more just like hit validation and dead hard lol....dont survs have enough 2nd chance perks

You shouldve showed it with the effects of the perk leader, it increases unlocking speed by 50% combined.

Resilience and Spine Chill will also affect the gate opening speed.
