We shot each other from under the desk so we hit each others calf So one time he army crawled to my desk and threw pencil shaving on my pants which made me look down then she shoot me in the face. We used to make something similar in primary school. Step1: You just cut an inch and a half of lined paper off the side. It'll look like a long strip like this "[]" shape. Step2: Roll the long strip of paper tightly. Step3: Fold the rolled paper into a "V" shape and fire away with a rubberband! If you played paper bullet wars this one hurts the most!
Hey Jeremy!! I found a way to get a more reliable launch. Stick the rubber band through the hole, and loop it back around and over the first bit. To shoot, you put the loop on your finger, hold the dart in your other hand and let go to shoot.

We used to make something similar in primary school.

the arrow hook was easy
I recommend using a hydraulic press to fold it so it's flat do it and tell me if it works well
