Good video! I don't think you need to add your maps to the array in the settings, because when you choose "Cook by the book" and then select all your levels to include there, that should be enough!

Thanks! Using this method, can you Package / Rebuild just small slight changes and rather than doing a full rebuild, it just rebuilds those small changes? What I mean is, if the build takes an hour, then I make one slight change, does it have to fully rebuild for a full hour again?

Just wondered ... the red line traces on the end of the video when you were collecting the stones and flowers, the lines are showing because you packaged the game into DEVELOPMENT mode? Yo devaddict! Going through your fps tutorial and I’m running into an issue. Setting up the interface for team selection. It was working where if I press play it would give me my camera view of the map but as soon as we plugged in the interface with button every time I press play it spawns me under the map and not in the camera view. How do you fix this?

Someone please Help!!!! I accidentally messed up my project now nothing works how can I go to a previously saved time. I tried going to the file explorer and finding a previous auto save but I don’t know how to get to that time. PLS help!
Does anybody know if we are going to do some bug fix and uploading to steam, which one would work and do better? 1. Packaging the full game like release version then uploading to steam (can steam let the client download only the update or the client need to redownload full game?) 2. Create patch version like ...0_P.pak and then upload to steam (does we need to create different file each time we upload? Like ...0_P. I open the package and i dont have my mouse curser....... i mean it works when i tab my way in or if i press windows i can somhow hover over the game widget. I hit the start button and then everything works ok.
@@UnrealEngineTutorials it is set to true. The asset/Game/ThirdPersonBP/Maps/Main_MenuLevel (Main_MenuLevel.umap) failed to save Cancel:Stop saving all assets and return to editor Retry:Attemp to save the asset again. Continue:Skip saving this asset only.

Hey man I love this channel a ton. Super informative as always, thanks for the videos. However I'm having trouble packaging my game and I believe it is due to an old re-compiled plugin. The error I'm getting is: "ERROR: Missing precompiled manifest for 'DonAINavigation'. This module was most likely not flagged for being included in a precompiled build - set 'PrecompileForTargets = PrecompileTargetsType.Any;' in DonAINavigation.build.cs to override." Any idea how I can fix this?
Edit: Fixed! Had to create "Plugins" folder in my game project folder and move the plugin causing issues into there from Engine\Plugins. Hope it helps someone!

Hey Vlad. If the debug lines are set to draw they will still show in SHIPPING build. You would have set them to not draw prior to a final build.

Make sure you have Set Mouse Cursor set to True in your player controller
