Great video brother 👍🏾👍🏾
Smoking one now on my weber. I'm late to the weber game. I did not know what I was missing.
Awesome video, Ken. The chuck roast looked fantastic. I did this same video a couple of weeks ago, I even used Montreal steak seasoning and pecan wood. I made mine into street tacos and shredded beef open face sammies. Anyway, have a great rest of your week. 👍👍
Thanks, buddy… I made sandwiches with the leftovers… awesome!
Looks great nice job
Thanks so much!
Excellent job, please show us one on your Char-Griller XD also
I’ll do that soon… thanks so much!
Another great cook Ken! Really love the Weber kettle cooks!
I really like that you just use the one char basket! I’m going to try that method on my next smoke. I’ve used the snake method a few times (which works great) but takes a bit of time to set up. I’ve also used the Slow n Sear several times but have run into some consistency issues and temp spike issues.
Hey Ken looks really good! We use the Montreal seasoning on most of our grill cook.
Thanks so much! That’s one of my favorites!
Montreal seasoning is one of the great things to come to us from Canada.
The Bloody Caesar cocktail is another.
Great video as always Ken!
Thanks so much! I will have to try that cocktail.
Looked very good, nice video brother
Thanks so much! I hope all is well with you guys!
Low and slow. Looks great!
Thanks so much… it came out great!
I think you wrapped at a good time because the color was great
I agree… it was the right time.
Hey Ken can't wait to try this again I am also going to do a few slabs of them baby backs on my Big Chargriller
I think I’m about do for some baby back myself… thanks so much!
The only chages I will make ---- Oak chunks and double the chuck because 21/2 pounds is just enough to make me mad !
Have you used the firedial to smoke a chick roast or a brisket would really like to see your proceess with the firedial on the weber kettle
Ken great job brother !! Great looking bark and very juicy
Thanks buddy, this was awesome!
A lot (and I mean a lot !) of people on the Big Green Egg page. Love the jealous devil lump charcoal so much they talk trash to people that use anything else. While I am not of this thinking I do believe jealous devil makes a quality product.
I agree
I was impressed with it and will buy it again. I think I will get some lump to try on some faster cooks. Thanks!
