My friend i have the same multimedia! i download 5 videos mp4 from here in youtube at 640x360 resolution and 480x360 and the multimedia dont play! Why it happens? the screen resolution as the maual say is 800x480 and cover mp4 videos! what have you done? And the second problem i have is that there is not illimination colour at the buttons and the night i cant see only the screen! what colour is the buttons at your multimedia??

I solved with Xilisoft Video Converter after 10-20 conversions .... to be honest i don't remember what kind of type accepts.(i know i 've tryed all combinations , .mp4, .avi, .mov with different resolutions) 2. i don't remember if illumination is white or doesn't exist , next week i go home and i ll check the illumination i will check the SD card if i have videos still there and i will tell you what info i can get from there. next week please come with another comment if i forget!
+LevelsWalkthrough Look at this i found! www.car.gr/parts/photos/2218900/ The illumination colour at his console buttons is red and is the same multimedia as you can see!! At your video as i can see your multimedia is the same as mine without colour at the buttons?? why it happens?? I found a detail of these photos. if you noticed bottom left at his screen there is a sun and the buttons have red light, at our screen at the bottom left there is a moon and the panel button has not light! If you search this plz inform me because i can not do something else!
Hammer heart I've got the same one from your main screen tap Bluetooth then go to your phone open ur Bluetooth settings turn it on and when the list of ready devices you'll see car kit tap that once you see where it says link ok your ready to go
