As you said they were bulky and clunky but that was sneaker tech at its best back then. IMO the late 80’s through the mid 90’s was the best time as a sneaker lover. Great review!

I went true to size and they were a good fit for me. If you can try them on first I would suggest it though and depends on if you're rocking casually or sport. ✌🏾

Spade2E Fits quite snug if i’m honest. I’m a tts 10.5 and got these in an 11, and even then i feel like an 11.5 would’ve worked. Wore them for a full day and surprisingly, they were really comfortable. Cushioning was good and none of my toes hurt.
