Mahni Cassonade is worth every single penny! It’s a lifer for me! You really made the most delicious, edible, but still a perfume fragrance I’ve ever gotten my nose on! Thank you Sharida!! I seriously got so many compliments, and I feel like no one comments on my fragrances.

I ordered Gourmand Coquin from Place Vendome over the summer and it was worth every cent. The samples of fragrances and skincare alone was just generous. And I was given a full-size scented Mon Guerlain candle and a zippered Chanel pouch to hold the samples. I will buy from them again without hesitation.

LOL! If you like slightly powdery, chocolate with a hint of rose and chocolate then I would say yes.
Sharida my Belle, I got a sample of Feve Gourmand and sad to say it came off very smoky and minty kinda reminiscent to Chanel’s Jersey on my skin. I will keep searching for my chocolate fragrance, this one is a NO for me. I am glad I did not blind buy. I want a rich dark cacao to accentuate my chocolate macaroon cream by philosophy.

Hey girl hey. First let’s start with I received Mahni Cassinade and lady I love it. Everytime I watch a review I go spray it. I really want a back up bottle but I want those who didn’t get a chance to purchase to get it. But if they offer that 30% again oh well. So I received my Coquin from Belgium today and I love it. All the extra goodies I received was exciting they gave me a candle 😁 and a little bottle of your fave Angelique Noire and yea she is on my hit list. Hey Sharida, so my decant of Mahni Cassonade made it today. My first thoughts of it is that it does smell so so good that's a given and you knock this out of the park, however as I mentioned before I am just not a gourmand lover. I do crave for sweet perfumes from time to time and I am so glad I have this decant in my collection. I think Tobacco Honey from Guerlain will layer well with your fragrance. I do support you. Getting teary eyed so🙋🏾♀️....🥺

Hi Sharida, congrats on your perfume! I got Gourmand Coquin earlier this year from Place Vendôme for €388. But the extras you get are easily worth €150, if not more. Some of it I sold, so I basically paid around €300 for a 125 ml of something that is now going to be a myth seeing as PV will probably discontinue selling it. It's good that we now have Fève, but I will treasure my beauty like a magical and enchanting being. I'll probably wait until FG shows up on a individual sellers website and get it from there.
For your information, i got GC in bee bottle for a friend from one of the Guerlain shops in Paris in September. They charged 394€ for it and no extra gift as with PV. So I am happy to have Fève Gourmande available at a lower price (315€). Even if the bottle is smaller
There customer service is legendary and the extra goodies are insane lol 😆 Did you contact them by Insta, email, or phone? I'd be so grateful to know. Since her product isn't avail I will use my fragrance $$ on another frag maybe the new Guerlain.
@@margaretannetolliver5397 Hi Margaret, I emailed them directly at the address noted on their website. They reply very quickly with the procedure. I was put on a waiting list, but got an email from them just a few months later stating it was available for me. I was also able to choose between a 250 or 125 ml. They truly pamper you and appreciate their customers.
I called and talked to them and they 100% said it’s the exact same perfume as GC, no difference. I had forgot to log in when I ordered my 3 bottles of FG and when I called them immediately and asked them to add the sale to my online acct for the points and they said no. I thought that was really greedy and rude. I was disappointed in the customer service. Of course they are sweet while your contemplating on buying but God forbid you don’t log in! No points for you:

Sharidaaaaaa!!! Omg! I have to put you ON!! I think you'll love Jasmine Gardenia by a brand called My Perfumes. It leaves the most intoxicating trail ever!! I am not a fan of gardenia or jasmine but this perfume is changing my mind. I cant get enough of it. It is so so so beautiful 😭 I would love to get your thoughts on it. I truly think it's one of best floral blends out there. It smells so classy and sophisticated.

Shaida, did you say you paid 250.00 dollars, not 250 euros for your bottle from Place Vendome? If so, Place Vendome has had a MAJOR price hike, one that is steeper than Guerlain's because it is about 350 euros now!
I paid $325 US I think. This was some time ago, almost 2 years. Not sure what the conversion was back then. I was stating the original GC in it normal Charnel Elixir 75ml bottles were $250. Place Vendome is doing 125ml so definitely a fair price and not a huge increase since I got my bottle.

Due to your beautiful personality, love of fragrances and your hard work, you deserve all these blessings!!🙌🏾 I received my bottle on Friday. My first true impression of Mahni is a like. The vanilla ice cream note wasn’t as creamy at opening as I had expected and the toffee or brown sugar scent was quite strong with a very burnt sugar vibe. However, the vanilla dry down is beautiful. But when layered with Aisha’s Ambrosia Imperiale? Baybeeee, a match made in heaven! I love it!!!! Nice projection and very long lasting! It’s definitely going to snatch some heads!!🤣 (P.S. - Feve Gourmande’s tea note sounds like a lovely addition.) - Ms. Charlette

The fact that your fragrance sold out in two days despite being all blind buys may have shocked you, but it did not shock me in the least! It speaks volumes about who you are as a person. Your genuine kindness and humility comes across the screen as much as your love for and knowledge of fragrance does. It is sweet that you are so touched by this, but Girl, please please please accept all the flowers, because you deserve them x 💯!! Lune Feline Extrait… I would highly recommend this vanillic, animalic, amber fragrance. Think Babycat with with sweeter cardamom in place of the incense.

Feve is more complex and has a slight spiciness. You could definitely own both. OV is more powdery. I have and love them both!

Listen, i messed around and layered Ani over Mahni Cassonade and baby it was just what i needed this fall! It made Ani so much more feminine and wearable. I can see me finally wearing my Ani out this fall. I"m going to need a backup bottle of MC as soon as it comes back in stock because I cannot run out!

Sharida, your fragrance sold out so fast I wasn't able to get my hands on it! Anyway, waiting fervently for a restock! Re Gourmand Coquin, I ordered it this month from Place Vendome and it has drastically increased in price. They charged me 390 euros, which is about $425! So Feve Gourmande would be a better deal now, IMHO. PV is a lovely store, though. They sent me a whole goody box of 12 Guerlain samples, a room fragrance, Molton Brown festive bauble and so much more. I heartily recommend buying from them if you still want the OG.

Do you perceive differences in the proportion of the notes? It makes sense to get Feve Gourmande if it's mostly the same scent but more intense. I also perceive GC as light. But with reformulations, I can't help but think it surely changes the perfume and the experience. Depending on one's nose, it can be inconsequential or very obvious. The most beautiful perfumes are sometimes lighter.
Smells the same to me but you can smell it more prominently. I think it does make sense to go with Feve Gourmand.

I wouldn’t suggest blind buying at that price point. You can find samples on Mercari from individual sellers.

The price actually isn’t that far apart. 3.33 /ml or GC and 3.60/ml for FG

I honestly don’t smell these additional notes outright. It has slightly better performance but the smell itself seems 99% the same. I don’t smoke or patchouli either.

Hmmm… so it smells the same but more intense
Slightly more intense. Not a powerhouse fragrance by any means but you can definitely smell it more prominently than the GC.
