Kia Optima (Push-Start) button and (OBD) access part 2. the original key would not work and could not program the original key or a new one because the OBD had a fuse that was blown. Watch to find where the fuse is and what is the correct key to order/buy. in short, I found the problem and was able program the key along with starting the car. I hope this helps you. Kia dealership wanted to charge me over a lot of money just to change a fuse. The right remote/key if you plan to order is # 2T510 (T5), if you buy from kia the remote is a separate order then the key. all you need is the remote.
