1. Add a draft 2. Allow user to pick cutscenes 3. Allow users to pick when the cutscenes will happen. 4. Allow for more than just 1v1 2v2 rivalries. 5. Have branching storylines. 6. Bring back promos 7. Allow user to choose where the promos take place. Via In ring or backstage area. 8. Form stables that lead into storylines. 9. Have the commentary feel more dynamic. Example: have them mention big things that have happened throughout the night. Have them continue to plug huge main events between matches. 10. Add injury storylines. 11. If you bring back a legend have that trigger a storyline. Make it a big deal when a legend returns to the ring. You can set it up as an opening promo for the show. Or have them run in a match. These are things they could've been adding throughout all of this time. It's a shame they've been so lazy with this mode.
Allow us to move the matches on a card around without breaking the rivalries. A random US title match shouldn't main event SummerSlam over my hottest feuds.

WWE 12' universe was great unlocking stars through feuds and you could literally choose what storyline you wanted it to be like forming a tag team or disbanding one, you could choose a path to be a "fighting champion" or "show everyone what I'm made of" but now it's just dead they've stripped Universe of good stuff and instead of expanding they subtracted and didn't add ish.
Factions nowadays is a MAJOR thing. (Bloodline, Brawling Brutes, Hit Row, Legado del Phantasma, Damage Ctrl, Imperium, Judgement Day, The OC, The Schism, The Wyatt 6, Etc) There weren't that many factions back then. One maybe two, or just one big faction that was actually a Major threat. There should be an option for a faction rivalry.
I think they need to go all out on universe mode, I mean great cut scenes and voiceovers and so much more make it feel like it's more real and more entertaining
But not leave GM Mode on the back burner in the process. I know they won’t, but if they fucked off MyFaction then they’d have more time to improve Universe and GM Mode
Cutscenes and everything is cool. Not too sure about the voiceovers though because that’d be a LOT of additional recording. A suggestion to get around this is by using NBA 2K’s conversation feature. It’s all text, but the GM talks with the staff and team. I’d like to see social media replace news too
The biggest thing this mode needs is CARE. If the devs don't put any actual care into this mode then all the features they add to this mode won't matter if the people don't really care
I want them to bring back Custom Story in the Universe Mode Rivalries. I want to be able to set which cutscenes, which match types, which shows, and all of that again. Also the WWE 2K15 Rivalry Storyline selection needs to comeback. I want to able to assign a GM to my show, I want to be able to set up a tournament, I want the MITB fixed, and I need the return of promos. The draft also should be incorporated, but you should be able to set up two different types of drafts. Give me the “win a match, get a draft pick” style, and the MyGM style both available. Also just please god fix tag finishers for next year.

I use Universe Mode mostly for my channel... so i definitely want it to be updated/upgraded... 1. Update the video editor to save the videos to use in Universe Mode and not just for Titantron videos 2. Cash in needs a update its very glitchy 3. More title creation options 4. One main showcase and the one or two extra small dlc showcase 5. More smaller arena options like the Nxt arena

Also: - Bring back Draft Events - More slots for Stables -> Option for authority stable: (If you put either Triple H, Vince, Stephanie, or Shane (if he‘s in the game) in a stable, you should get the option to turn the authority stable on. Said authority person have cutscenes regarding last second match changes (E.G: Normal -> Last Man Standing, etc.). They can have special rivalries, which could lead to adding new members, or kicking people out of it. Even dissolving the stable. Only one authority group per Show can exist. -> GM Option: If there is no Authority Stable, you have the Option to put a GM in it. Plus have Storylines included with them (kinda like Shane, Kurt Angle, Baron Corbin, etc.) -> If one member of a stable is in a rivalry, other members have a chance to appear in the matches (Adjustable in Universe Mode options) - Custom Pyro openings… do I have to say more? - Customizable Entrances, like the past games - Don‘t lock characters to specific modes (I‘m looking at you, MyFaction) - New and More Matchtypes (Ambulance Match returns to NXT). You can make super specific matches PPV only, makes it more realistic. Plus, adding the ones from Showcase Modes (E.G: 3 Stages of Hell) - Constant Updated Attires and Entrances: Ok, this is a lot of work for 2K, I get it. But it doesn‘t matter how good the CC‘s are. I just hate, when People change their Gimmick, or Persona, but the Entrance Music doesn‘t fit anymore (like Dominic Mysterio, for example). I want the ability to have one briefcase for multiple shows (how the MITB can be cashed in on WWE Title or Universal IRL). The ability to have a PPV on ANY day because some are during the week like Saudi shows. With that we can also use it on days where there’s an active show just called an event.
Add a draft, Wrestlemania 2 night show, more cutscenes, being able to choose to hinder the AI from cashing in, faction v faction feud & FIX IMPERIUM’s ENTRANCE!
I had an idea for the news section might make it a little better, if instead of just an image of the superstars they could have a thumbnail and the option to press a button and load the cutscene that the text below is describing. It would probably be a difficult thing to optimize but I think it could work.
Universe mode can have the options of superstar/season mode, gm mode, or sandbox and overhaul ALL of Universe Mode. Just put mygm into universe mode. Then it’ll feel like a mode is missing. Thats where you add in create-a-story!!!
The Biggest Thing they Need to Change on The WWE2k Franchise is The Loading. Idk If it's just Me But it Literally Takes about a month Just to Download 100 Custom Superstars that's not even including universe Mode. If I Go In to Custom Superstar and Save It It takes Like 2 to 3 Minutes just to go back to the Main screen
They need to lean on their history. WWE is the greatest content library. The rivalry system should incorporate classic WWE stories like the old Smackdown season modes did. Select superstars to play out the Corporation storyline for three months or the Rockers tag team break-up for a month. HCTP did the freaking Beer Bash. Why can't that be a cut scene in Universe Mode?
The most annoying thing for me is when you assign superstars to a show & then go to book a show, all the superstars show up instead of only (e.g. raw superstars)
they had to remove promos in universe mode for them to bring it bak again for fans to get upset so they can do a suprise for next game or the following year .thats how they make money
I think something that made universe mode special especially in wwe 12 was that there was always an aire of unpredictability to your universe mode. The “anything can happen” feeling of the universe mode made it very special and interesting to play on your main shows leading up to paperviews. Not to mention the UI was so smart and able to continue storylines and remember who won and who lost on any given night. There were #1 contenders matching the game was pushing any superstar it wanted and you were there for the ride. Not that I mind the sandbox but I think that sort of universe mode would make the mode better.
Matt, Thank you for bringing up promos...because in a damn wrestling videogame the fact that for several years they were mediocre and then taken out entirely like they're not apart of any major wrestling promotion was infuriating instead of being revamped. They need to be in 23. Universe modes needs major attention and upgrades and that (to me) is a major detail that needs to be addressed

Draft, the ability to completely block out unused wrestlers, and the ability to move shows around without having to remake them. It would be great if we could just completely wipe stats away. I only want the events and stats of my universe reflected in my universe. As it is I have to download custom championships for this.

I finally gave a try to universe mode after avoiding it from hearing how broken it was. I had 2 crashes and a softlock in less than 2 hours even tho I had the bare minimum in my universe mode. No custom arenas, no custom logos, no downloaded content, less than 20 roster, only one title on the show...
I absolutely agree with all of this. Universe mode needs an overhaul. Badly. Sometimes it feels like the people making the game aren't even fans, and don't know what we want. It's very frusturating. They need to watch this video......wtf
give me the possibility to make a universe mode more realistic with wrestler that can get older whit the ages (this option can be make with the attributes that get lower with the season) and you have the regeneration of new caw in substitution
Def need promos back! I have two things that I don’t see a lot of conversation about. Remember royal rumble on sega or snes. After the rumble there was a recap? Hbk tossed out this guy that guy etc I would love to have that. I would also love to book matches a year in advance. Ie we know Roman and rock will go ham at WM let’s book the match and then book backwards. Or at least when a card is complete, be able to go back and select a pre played card the prior week and see who won etc. One more little nugget would be to have number 1 contenders match and the ai actually keeps it like a Royal rumble rivalry. Simplest way to fix this mode is to combine GM and Universe mode with elements of the story creator from the older games. More depth and detail built on the frame work they have now would be ideal. Multi person/team rivalries, team promos, triple threat/fatal Four promos, champions have their belt(s) when they cut promos, manager promos, proper backstage promos would be nice touches. As well it would be cool to have a feature similar to UFC 4 where social media plays a part in creating hype, rivalries and story development. Universe is bare bones now, GM mode was a complete let down so they need to improve everything moving forward.
which we could have old attires is superstars like 09 orton or cena. Wish there was a way to have a tuff universe from the 2000s-2015 fighters with authentic entrances, moves, ability to be talked abt by commentators, throwback commentators and many more. I have a ton of ideas about this mode. I wish the universe mode had way better storylines and more realism. It’s a good start but has so much potential. Ik about community creations but they aren’t like the authentic ones. if there is a problem with aew and they can’t make it, let us have more ability with creations like songs etc.
Probably fusion GM mode with Universe Mode, have the settings if you want Ratings On/Off and Cash On/Off, depending if you want more an Universe mode experience or GM mode experience. Bring back Promos.
You should also be able to rearrange your entire show card. Slide matches to the left and right. Why is my US title main eventing SummerSlam when I have a blood feud for the world title third on the card?
You’re taking about WWE 13 when Paul heyman did the interview and to their credit it did have branching options. Also promos could have done wonders if they just let us add text since they don’t need voice overs
i actually loved cutting promos and attacking superstars before or during a match like how we see on the shows. i wish they would bring all that back for the mode cause now its just a bunch of exhibition matches with no point to a feud or storyline. it was so cool seeing my created wrestlers/superstars with microphones going against other real life superstars on the mic or other creations i made or downloaded. it was in 2k20. man i miss that. i spend more time on gm mode then universe mode now with 2k22 cause there's at least more to do, and if i squint my eyes real hard i can see a story unfolding.
The 1 thing that I want the most in WWE 2K23 is the PPV gameplay option that was in No Mercy and Wrestlemania 2000 on N64. This was the only thing my friends and I would play back in the day. We would setup an entire PPV and play every match. If I remember it would be like 8 matches. You didn't have to go into your Universe to do this in those games. I never understood why this was never a gameplay option on any of the 2K games.
Just wondering if anyone else does this… but since universe mode has existed I don’t use it for traditional universe play. I stay on one month and just use the menus and screens to keep track of my own roster/champions/feuds then play them out in exhibition.
Stuff I like to see for 2k23 Universe Mode: 1. Start off in April after Wrestlemania. 2. Do a Fantasy Draft like in any other sporting game and have the draft like in 2016-20. 3. Have rivalries that doesn't involve return matches. 4. Bring back some old PPVs with the current WWE logo that way you don't have to waste your time creating arenas. Although it is one of the most fun thing to do. 5. Have rosters in multiple rivalries. 6. Create storyline including promos that allow the wrestlers to say whatever you type. 7. Have PPVS on both Saturday or Sunday. 8. Only have Legend's/part timers on PPV matches 9. Add in injuries and how long their injuries are. 10. Bring back KOTR tournament with the winner getting the shot at the Heavyweight Champion. 11. If Survivor Series becomes brand supremacy once again, have the winning brand get 2 draft picks.
Also, as a person who streams 2K22 Universe (I do CAW shows), they need to add all of this. Especially 2 day events so I don’t have to go into 2 different saves to give it a 2 day event feel.
I remember when universe mode debuted. Still till this day it’s a great concept. But they definitely need to fix the bugs that were there from the beginning. And with the calendar I don’t mind deleting shows and adding shows, that’s kinda the point you can do whatever. But yes they need to fix things and add things and make things more in depth. Like the news is pretty bland they need to add more to that. But they need to make it more interesting like the 2k my park mode

This might just be me but I hate how you have to make tag teams for normal play and every universe mode individually I don’t want to make the same team 4 times for every custom team

I think they also need a menu where players can set up encounters or interactions in between match cards whether it's a attack or argument or just walking through the hall backstage and bumping into a wrestler that triggers a potential feud. Players can head into a menu full of different (cut scene base interactions) that can trigger a potential feud.
Need the ability to have your My WWE Edited wrestler stats, Tag Team and Groups you have already be able to be your Bases for Universe hate having to recreate Tag teams over again and the ability to have a few universes you make to be able to be used as a base with your full Calendar already set so you don't have to have 1 universe slot as a base to copy over
one TINY thing i want them to include on top of what has been said here....with Feuds let us pic when it ends, instead of saying short, medium and long rivals.....let me say i want this feud to end at Wrestlemania, or at Hell in a cell or whatever, and have the auto booking know thats where its ending and so it needs to have a stipulation on it and a cutscene that finishes the feud
My biggest bug on universe mode is the mitb , everytime I do a proper cash in I can't do a rivalry with that superstar after , so like if the mitb cashes in and wins that person , I can't put in rivalries, like I can use them but I can't set up anything with them which makes it very frustrating
I would like for the guys in the rivalries to not fight each other every week for 3 months. You can’t set up king of the ring anymore. Also I love your idea about multiple rivalries at once and there should be faction rivalries.
What's the point even without being able to choose what happens? You do all the set-up (how many shows, which shows, which superstars, which titles, etc), but as soon as you start the control gets taken away from you. It's YOUR universe, how come I can't choose what cutscenes happen with who when etc? Usually either nothing happens, or if something does happen, it makes little to no sense.
I want the ability to have a single show option. One thing I do in universe is I set up “scouting”. I make either real or made up shows, whether it be AEW, PWG, AAA, Deep South Wrestling, or a show I made up and create one card on that show. I then watch every match on that card as a scout. I then “offer an NXT contract” to whatever super stars impress me during my time at their show and I add them to NXT as a trail. I want a way to make it where I can make a show happen one time for that.
I appreciate that when you edit matches in 2K22 it’ll keep the wrestlers the game had already chose in case you want to make a multi man match or something. The changes I want are: The game to stop listing every match as a potential rivalry Not delete rivalries I’ve created, actually start them and keep them going if I change something the game chose A tab under titles to display every title match A brand filter when choosing matches The return of promos between matches A database that will tell you how many times someone’s wrestled and their win loss statistics More rivalries slots then just four Allow six or eight person rivalries. I’ve got over ten factions on both my shows but if I want them to feud I have to take up all that shows rivalry slots with the members from these two factions.
i also think that the universe mode needs to fix the whole main event thing and how the AI puts together matches like, they be putting the most random people together and certain rivals you think should be the main event ends being the first match or a match in the middle of the pay per view that’s annoying. the whole momentum trait characters get should play a big part. whoever has multiple momentum boosts stacked up they will be main eventing most of the time

I really liked how 2K16 gave the stats for how long current champions have resigned and gave that pop up every time the champ won or lost.

I've always played GM Mode and Universe Mode the most. They need to COMPLETELY revamp both of those modes.

I want the ability to have one briefcase for multiple shows (how the MITB can be cashed in on WWE Title or Universal IRL).
The ability to have a PPV on ANY day because some are during the week like Saudi shows. With that we can also use it on days where there’s an active show just called an event.
Make nxt takeovers possible for saturdays when you have a ppv on the sunday instead of having them on seperate weeks would be good

I had an idea for the news section might make it a little better, if instead of just an image of the superstars they could have a thumbnail and the option to press a button and load the cutscene that the text below is describing. It would probably be a difficult thing to optimize but I think it could work.
Universe mode can have the options of superstar/season mode, gm mode, or sandbox and overhaul ALL of Universe Mode. Just put mygm into universe mode.
Then it’ll feel like a mode is missing. Thats where you add in create-a-story!!!
The Biggest Thing they Need to Change on The WWE2k Franchise is The Loading. Idk If it's just Me But it Literally Takes about a month Just to Download 100 Custom Superstars that's not even including universe Mode. If I Go In to Custom Superstar and Save It It takes Like 2 to 3 Minutes just to go back to the Main screen
They need to lean on their history. WWE is the greatest content library. The rivalry system should incorporate classic WWE stories like the old Smackdown season modes did. Select superstars to play out the Corporation storyline for three months or the Rockers tag team break-up for a month. HCTP did the freaking Beer Bash. Why can't that be a cut scene in Universe Mode?
The most annoying thing for me is when you assign superstars to a show & then go to book a show, all the superstars show up instead of only (e.g. raw superstars)

they had to remove promos in universe mode for them to bring it bak again for fans to get upset so they can do a suprise for next game or the following year .thats how they make money

I think something that made universe mode special especially in wwe 12 was that there was always an aire of unpredictability to your universe mode. The “anything can happen” feeling of the universe mode made it very special and interesting to play on your main shows leading up to paperviews. Not to mention the UI was so smart and able to continue storylines and remember who won and who lost on any given night. There were #1 contenders matching the game was pushing any superstar it wanted and you were there for the ride. Not that I mind the sandbox but I think that sort of universe mode would make the mode better.
Matt, Thank you for bringing up promos...because in a damn wrestling videogame the fact that for several years they were mediocre and then taken out entirely like they're not apart of any major wrestling promotion was infuriating instead of being revamped. They need to be in 23. Universe modes needs major attention and upgrades and that (to me) is a major detail that needs to be addressed

I finally gave a try to universe mode after avoiding it from hearing how broken it was. I had 2 crashes and a softlock in less than 2 hours even tho I had the bare minimum in my universe mode. No custom arenas, no custom logos, no downloaded content, less than 20 roster, only one title on the show...

I absolutely agree with all of this. Universe mode needs an overhaul. Badly. Sometimes it feels like the people making the game aren't even fans, and don't know what we want. It's very frusturating. They need to watch this video......wtf
give me the possibility to make a universe mode more realistic with wrestler that can get older whit the ages (this option can be make with the attributes that get lower with the season) and you have the regeneration of new caw in substitution
Def need promos back! I have two things that I don’t see a lot of conversation about. Remember royal rumble on sega or snes. After the rumble there was a recap? Hbk tossed out this guy that guy etc I would love to have that.
I would also love to book matches a year in advance. Ie we know Roman and rock will go ham at WM let’s book the match and then book backwards. Or at least when a card is complete, be able to go back and select a pre played card the prior week and see who won etc.
One more little nugget would be to have number 1 contenders match and the ai actually keeps it like a Royal rumble rivalry. And of course special ref.

Add the ability to split a day into a PPV/minor show. Fondly remember the days of Sunday Night Heat before a PPV going on
Or to hold PPVs from separate brands or companies on the same day. It sucks to have a week in between major PPVs that are supposed to be competing head-on.
Simplest way to fix this mode is to combine GM and Universe mode with elements of the story creator from the older games. More depth and detail built on the frame work they have now would be ideal. Multi person/team rivalries, team promos, triple threat/fatal Four promos, champions have their belt(s) when they cut promos, manager promos, proper backstage promos would be nice touches. As well it would be cool to have a feature similar to UFC 4 where social media plays a part in creating hype, rivalries and story development. Universe is bare bones now, GM mode was a complete let down so they need to improve everything moving forward.

which we could have old attires is superstars like 09 orton or cena. Wish there was a way to have a tuff universe from the 2000s-2015 fighters with authentic entrances, moves, ability to be talked abt by commentators, throwback commentators and many more. I have a ton of ideas about this mode. I wish the universe mode had way better storylines and more realism. It’s a good start but has so much potential. Ik about community creations but they aren’t like the authentic ones. if there is a problem with aew and they can’t make it, let us have more ability with creations like songs etc.
The draft needs to be in the game, and they need to fix the mode. Literally EVERYTHING in the mode. But knowing 2K? They probably won't.
Probably fusion GM mode with Universe Mode, have the settings if you want Ratings On/Off and Cash On/Off, depending if you want more an Universe mode experience or GM mode experience. Bring back Promos.

You should also be able to rearrange your entire show card. Slide matches to the left and right. Why is my US title main eventing SummerSlam when I have a blood feud for the world title third on the card?
You’re taking about WWE 13 when Paul heyman did the interview and to their credit it did have branching options. Also promos could have done wonders if they just let us add text since they don’t need voice overs
They need to change tag team matches. They need to watch old-school tag team matches and then incorporate style into the tag team matches.

i actually loved cutting promos and attacking superstars before or during a match like how we see on the shows. i wish they would bring all that back for the mode cause now its just a bunch of exhibition matches with no point to a feud or storyline. it was so cool seeing my created wrestlers/superstars with microphones going against other real life superstars on the mic or other creations i made or downloaded. it was in 2k20. man i miss that. i spend more time on gm mode then universe mode now with 2k22 cause there's at least more to do, and if i squint my eyes real hard i can see a story unfolding.
They should add a draft to universe make it more entertaining it’s very dull at the moment
The 1 thing that I want the most in WWE 2K23 is the PPV gameplay option that was in No Mercy and Wrestlemania 2000 on N64. This was the only thing my friends and I would play back in the day. We would setup an entire PPV and play every match. If I remember it would be like 8 matches. You didn't have to go into your Universe to do this in those games. I never understood why this was never a gameplay option on any of the 2K games.
Just wondering if anyone else does this… but since universe mode has existed I don’t use it for traditional universe play. I stay on one month and just use the menus and screens to keep track of my own roster/champions/feuds then play them out in exhibition.

Stuff I like to see for 2k23 Universe Mode:
1. Start off in April after Wrestlemania.
2. Do a Fantasy Draft like in any other sporting game and have the draft like in 2016-20.
3. Have rivalries that doesn't involve return matches.
4. Bring back some old PPVs with the current WWE logo that way you don't have to waste your time creating arenas. Although it is one of the most fun thing to do.
5. Have rosters in multiple rivalries.
6. Create storyline including promos that allow the wrestlers to say whatever you type.
7. Have PPVS on both Saturday or Sunday.
8. Only have Legend's/part timers on PPV matches
9. Add in injuries and how long their injuries are.
10. Bring back KOTR tournament with the winner getting the shot at the Heavyweight Champion.
11. If Survivor Series becomes brand supremacy once again, have the winning brand get 2 draft picks.

Also, as a person who streams 2K22 Universe (I do CAW shows), they need to add all of this. Especially 2 day events so I don’t have to go into 2 different saves to give it a 2 day event feel.
I remember when universe mode debuted. Still till this day it’s a great concept. But they definitely need to fix the bugs that were there from the beginning. And with the calendar I don’t mind deleting shows and adding shows, that’s kinda the point you can do whatever. But yes they need to fix things and add things and make things more in depth. Like the news is pretty bland they need to add more to that. But they need to make it more interesting like the 2k my park mode

I think they also need a menu where players can set up encounters or interactions in between match cards whether it's a attack or argument or just walking through the hall backstage and bumping into a wrestler that triggers a potential feud.
Players can head into a menu full of different (cut scene base interactions) that can trigger a potential feud.

and the ability to have a few universes you make to be able to be used as a base with your full Calendar already set so you don't have to have 1 universe slot as a base to copy over

I swear Universe Mode used to have an option where you can easily copy a PPV into the following month. It made adding PPVs so much easier.
one TINY thing i want them to include on top of what has been said here....with Feuds let us pic when it ends, instead of saying short, medium and long rivals.....let me say i want this feud to end at Wrestlemania, or at Hell in a cell or whatever, and have the auto booking know thats where its ending and so it needs to have a stipulation on it and a cutscene that finishes the feud

My biggest bug on universe mode is the mitb , everytime I do a proper cash in I can't do a rivalry with that superstar after , so like if the mitb cashes in and wins that person , I can't put in rivalries, like I can use them but I can't set up anything with them which makes it very frustrating
I would like for the guys in the rivalries to not fight each other every week for 3 months. You can’t set up king of the ring anymore. Also I love your idea about multiple rivalries at once and there should be faction rivalries.
What's the point even without being able to choose what happens?
You do all the set-up (how many shows, which shows, which superstars, which titles, etc), but as soon as you start the control gets taken away from you. It's YOUR universe, how come I can't choose what cutscenes happen with who when etc?
Usually either nothing happens, or if something does happen, it makes little to no sense.
I have been wanting 3 and 4 people rivalry’s for so long
I want double title entrance and title for title match with the tags teams in universe mode
I want the ability to have a single show option. One thing I do in universe is I set up “scouting”. I make either real or made up shows, whether it be AEW, PWG, AAA, Deep South Wrestling, or a show I made up and create one card on that show. I then watch every match on that card as a scout. I then “offer an NXT contract” to whatever super stars impress me during my time at their show and I add them to NXT as a trail. I want a way to make it where I can make a show happen one time for that.
for the draft they should let you pick up the people you want in your draft like created characters

I appreciate that when you edit matches in 2K22 it’ll keep the wrestlers the game had already chose in case you want to make a multi man match or something. The changes I want are:
The game to stop listing every match as a potential rivalry
Not delete rivalries I’ve created, actually start them and keep them going if I change something the game chose
A tab under titles to display every title match
A brand filter when choosing matches
The return of promos between matches
A database that will tell you how many times someone’s wrestled and their win loss statistics
More rivalries slots then just four
Allow six or eight person rivalries. I’ve got over ten factions on both my shows but if I want them to feud I have to take up all that shows rivalry slots with the members from these two factions.
i also think that the universe mode needs to fix the whole main event thing and how the AI puts together matches like, they be putting the most random people together and certain rivals you think should be the main event ends being the first match or a match in the middle of the pay per view that’s annoying. the whole momentum trait characters get should play a big part. whoever has multiple momentum boosts stacked up they will be main eventing most of the time
Like MMA make wins/loses impact the ranking and division. I still don't know how the ranking/divison works in the Universe mode, what affects it.
Basically all they need to do is to get back to the universe modes of wwe 12 and 13. They are the best universe modes since its inception
