I am an strong atheist And still I love songs about faith and religion. This one, "Faith" and "Loud Faith" from A-One are my favourites songs Isn't it weird?
In my opinion, it's because you're an atheist that the concept of faith is stronger. If you think about it, if we hear someone at the church saying they have faith in something, we kinda just ignore it. It's the usual. And that makes the very concept of faith to twist. The more they use "faith", the more it morphs into something unrecognizable. On the other side, when a scientist has faith in something, you don't even need to question it. You know they have dedicated themselves to something so much, that they have this... Feeling, deep inside. It feels more pure. K, I'll stop ranting now
@@ZaerothUrabe Ehhh... I'd say that faith is quite recognizable... And your interpretation of the "faith" of a scientist kinda misrepresents science, doesn't it...? Isn't it because you are an atheist it makes faith and religion more "magical". because in the concept of your mind they are non existant it becomes more beautiful and ideal, kinda what the touhou fandom has with idolizing gensokyo, a place we know can't exist and there are constantly violent encounters and disturbances for the non magical human locals but we still love it.
Hey there, I'm not sure if you'll see this, but I really hope you do: This song, and the way you've written these lyrics, the beautiful message behind it, it has touched me forever. MoF Sanae's theme is by far and away my favourite touhou song, and now I have lyrics I can sing every single time I listen to her theme. Your words haven't only touched my mind, no, they've *transcended* that and have become profound feelings of deep understanding and insight. Yes, each day is special because it is fleeting. Yes, we do shine because we are the ones that hold hope in our eyes. One touch really can change a lot, and if I start today, that truly does become my day. These are all things that most of us "know" but we don't stand still by it, we don't think about it, we either take it for granted or it slips our minds completely. For this reason, this song is very special to me, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am that you've made this video, and thought of these lyrics. It has truly changed my experience of the world. May you be blessed by Sanae herself, keep up the amazing work. I pray these words find you in good health. Sincerely, A new fan
Thank you so much for the beautiful comment. ;v; I feel very touched, in return, that you were able to get such strong meaning from it. It's a wonderful example of being made to feel like a simple touch (like a lyrical piece) can make a difference, and the same is true for you spreading your kind words! pretty sure that was always the kind of "transient" meant, given Sanae is a living deity (even if she's really bad at it.) She's probably immortal (not transient) and doesn't have *faith* in her gods; she personally knows two and is a third. Hey sorry I keep commenting so often even though touhou came out so long ago, but I just want to say how amazing you are? I've said this before but I really love your work. I memorize the lyrics and sing it everywhere, cause they're so meaningful and fit the song so well... You're a lyrical genius. Lin Manuel Miranda is shaking in his boots. That being said, you've _inspired_ me. So much that I've been considering writing my own lyrics for some of the songs you haven't yet covered... would that be copying you too much? I don't know, I don't wanna be the Okina to your Yukari, not that I'm gonna even come that far
:D Thank you so much for the compliments... I certainly don't hold a monopoly on writing lyrics for Touhou songs (though it flatters me to sort of imply that I do), so please feel free~ I wish you good luck. P.S. "Even though Touhou came out so long ago" -- no, Touhou is timeless! It's not a trendy "anime of the year" type of thing that fades from relevance. That's one of the things that makes me feel comfortable doing fanwork of it, and you should too.
Lyrica Live i'm so glad! you're the sweetest! I was a little scared I was bothering you cause I've been commenting stuff on your videos, and some of them were like months and months ago
Thank you so much for doing Sanae's! EDIT: Why did these take me back to my own (and THE original) Romantic Sanae Love lyrics? I hope Sanae is not necessarily marked to be a yandere. =P Well, the outro IS filled to the brim with positivity and the description nails down the message of hope and joy, maybe it was just some... familiar words that took me back and reminded me of that other song, but maybe this all just means Sanae is being represented as she should. Love, miracles, winds, stars, special nights, leaps (of faith) and of course, good ol' pure faith. That's Sanae, alright and now I'm glad I also included that in my own lyrics.
when you have written good lyrics there is only one thing that must be done IT'S TIME TO GOOGLE TRANSLATE THEM THROUGH A MILLION DIFFERENT LANGUAGES! good evening really crazy mouth width white board? Again We are in a special place today. There are different options, but are you happy? Do you believe in miracles? It happens every day. Open your heart. The spirit of faith inspires you forever. Religion is dangerous. All prayers are in paradise. Enter into your heart. Think about price The disease is not the same either. Shine every day, not all the time! This is on fire Who are you wine renovation or not? Do you want to try it? The upgrade was missing when... Don't worry until you can get help from someone. They did well. Certainly they grow. What are you doing? birthday It should work. This tragedy has changed in recent years. Usabata I can change a lot If I am beginning today - begin today! I'm off to the country. There is a secret in your heart Your house is beautiful every day. Sacred Offerings Do you think you have authority? In front of your eyes!
Judging by the name (transient means 'temporary, fleeting'), I thought this song was gonna be about how people with faith don't tend to live that long and how immortals know that faith is wrong.
I don't really like this song, but you made your best to make your arrangement sound perfect/ I appreciate that, hope I'll be a little bit more lucky with the next snog.

Maybe I should start doing my homework....
OH SH*T A NEW SONG!?!?!?
Once again your music truly is a miracle.
i guess my would could be impermanent, transient if you will. i had faith that this would be good, but it seems as if you nailed it. :)
I didn't like the soft tone at first but the second time I listened to it I realized how much it fits Sanae!
Waiting for this for a loooong time
VISIT MORYIA SHRINE! VISIT MORIYA SHRINE! VISIT MORIYA SHINE!!!!!!
Great song thank you
Hoping for even more in the close future and hopefully a few more stage themes at some point (MoF was the first one I played so I can't not remember this theme)

Damn, I can't believe I missed this for so long, awesome channel keep it up 😊
This is good. It makes me feel like I should probably do something.
Keep up the good work.
Yay its Reimu 2.
So Humanistic and soothing
I knew this would be a near perfect loop song
Surprisingly really Good at keeping Me focused
I think this captures Sanae’s idealistic Vibe incredibly well
Adorable and wonderful VA
Look! Shiny Reimu has appear-
Hey sorry I keep commenting so often even though touhou came out so long ago, but
I just want to say how amazing you are? I've said this before but I really love your work. I memorize the lyrics and sing it everywhere, cause they're so meaningful and fit the song so well... You're a lyrical genius. Lin Manuel Miranda is shaking in his boots.
That being said, you've _inspired_ me. So much that I've been considering writing my own lyrics for some of the songs you haven't yet covered... would that be copying you too much? I don't know, I don't wanna be the Okina to your Yukari, not that I'm gonna even come that far
I'm gonna do it hehe
:D Thank you so much for the compliments... I certainly don't hold a monopoly on writing lyrics for Touhou songs (though it flatters me to sort of imply that I do), so please feel free~ I wish you good luck.
P.S. "Even though Touhou came out so long ago" -- no, Touhou is timeless! It's not a trendy "anime of the year" type of thing that fades from relevance. That's one of the things that makes me feel comfortable doing fanwork of it, and you should too.
Lyrica Live
i'm so glad! you're the sweetest! I was a little scared I was bothering you cause I've been commenting stuff on your videos, and some of them were like months and months ago
Lyrica Live
I did itttt yayyy thanks for wishing me luck
(I also credited you for being amazing so there ya go)
Thank you so much for doing Sanae's!
EDIT: Why did these take me back to my own (and THE original) Romantic Sanae Love lyrics? I hope Sanae is not necessarily marked to be a yandere. =P
Well, the outro IS filled to the brim with positivity and the description nails down the message of hope and joy, maybe it was just some... familiar words that took me back and reminded me of that other song, but maybe this all just means Sanae is being represented as she should. Love, miracles, winds, stars, special nights, leaps (of faith) and of course, good ol' pure faith. That's Sanae, alright and now I'm glad I also included that in my own lyrics.
Sanae is gud gurl
Good on you for using art based on her UFO appearance instead of her weird MoF look.
Lyrica did green reimu's theme and is awesome
It fits for sanae!
New song!!! ✨✨✨
SHE'S T-POSING!
first view first comment first like (I know nobody cares but I really wanted to say it)
Do you take apprentices? Your *lyrica*l talent is amazing~!
Hell ya! Green Reimu time!
Jokes aside, sometimes I forget Sanae isn’t native but I guess because without any hesitation I think of her as part the main cast
Best girl

There are different options, but are you happy?
Do you believe in miracles?
It happens every day.
Open your heart. The spirit of faith inspires you forever.

All prayers are in paradise.
Enter into your heart.

Would you rather have a miracle or a coin?
I'd rather have SANAE! UUU
I always arrive too late.
Judging by the name (transient means 'temporary, fleeting'), I thought this song was gonna be about how people with faith don't tend to live that long and how immortals know that faith is wrong.
I always read the title as "Faith is not for the benefit of the gods who receive it, but for the benefit of the mortals who hold it."
And with this all of Playable Command has their theme done.
what about sumireko (16.5) and hatate (12.5) ?
I mean the ones not part of side games or only 8. (Reimu, Marisa, Sakuya, Youmu, Sanae, Reisen, Cirno, Aya)
i guess this is my True favorite them other than Maiden's Cappricio ~ Dream Battle and Concealed the Four Seasons
I don't really like this song, but you made your best to make your arrangement sound perfect/
I appreciate that, hope I'll be a little bit more lucky with the next snog.
