    In my humble opinion, The other way to increase the Good Gut Bacteria, is by regularly consuming fermented foods like Yoghurt, Natto , Miso etc . Also consumption of cruciferous vegetables like Broccoli Cauliflower , Cabbage, Brussels sprouts, Kale aid the growth of good bacteria & intestinal health .

    Hey doc i am a physiotherapist your videos are really really helping alot to me and my patient's too i have lost 6kgs in last 7months following your 12hrsfasting intervel 9am-9pm thanks alot i am a pure vegetarian feeling happy that I was born as a veg. I suggest Many youngsters like Mee to adapt this intermittent for long healthy living.😊

    Very Nice Pal… by the time when I was seriously listening and I heard ur friends favourite Nut as “Donut” 😂 … I couldn’t resist myself to watch by keeping my face serious anymore as that “Gubeer moment” happened as usual that triggered my laughter😆 … and this is how Mr. Pal’s strategy works out by making everyone to pay attention and observe the serious contents in the entire video without skipping in between…😊👏

    I watched one of health forum, where the doc or Dietitian suggested to go on fasting on Monday. Since we have habit of going out and binging on weekends. It is a goof idea to give the guts a day off to relax on Monday. I follow this and on Monday I prefer sugar free liquid diet like fruit juice, butter milk and black coffee.
