This is awesome, the fans ran to them to listen to them makes me very emotional!!! 😥 love Eddie and Chris ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ R.I.P. CHRIS CORNELL WE REALLY MISS YOU!!!
@nildabarria Si, impresionante para los que pudiesen estar allí, incluido ese crio que canta, debió de ser uno de los momentos más felices de su vida, saludos desde Madrid .
Ahhhh the 90's - people can argue about what decade was the best, but I grew up with all this music. Loved the 90's. Gigs and festivals nowadays is just missing something. It was exciting to go to a show and enjoy the music. Wish I could back again.
So glad i was there for all of this music. Great time to be in my 20's and just go to shows with friends. Working in music retail and just being around people that shared the same sense of community and love for one another. It's an altogether different world now. There was no internet or cell phone cameras. Just great music, great friends, great times and great memories. So many shows, so many cd's, lp's and ticket stubs...and many other unmentionable things. Being able to do shit like see bands like Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Soundgarden, Mudhoney, Dinosaur Jr, Sonic Youth, Tad, L7 or whomever for like 10 bucks a ticket. So glad I was there for all of those years. Best years of my life. Worth every single hangover.
I was at this Lollapalooza and unfortunately missed this because i was on the other side of the venue and when i got over to where the second stage was, it was full, and they wouldn't let any more of us in. What an incredible day and incredible time that was! Thanks for uploading. ;)
i love the fact this two are such a good friends chris took eddie under hes wings back in the day when eddie was so young nd shy nd that proofs chris is not such an ass like a lot of ppl think he actually embrace eddie
that little kid singing every word at 2:30 is pretty cool . my brother is the same way with this song... he knows every word.. along with Chloe dancer-Crown of thorns
Watching how the people just started flooding the space before the stage is one of the greatest and most beautiful moments I've ever seen in music because it just shows how passionate both the musicians and enthusiasts of music were. Just amazing!
check out those young kids singing along to the song..that is so cool that little kids know great talent when they hear it..must be in their late 20's now and we are all still blessed with the talent of Chris & Eddie!!!
this kills me. I was AT this show. I didn't know about the whole Temple of the Dog thing until about 20 years later. They are in jeans and jackets. I remember that day, it was about 100 out. I think this was done after Pearl Jam's set at 2 pm, and well before Soundgarden's closing set. I think this was while ice Cube was on the main stage
OMG, where did 20 years go? I was 26 when Ten came into this world and now I'm so old, but thank God for Eddie and Chris, I swear they've kept me here so many times when I would have rather not. I love you guys with all my heart and I hope I get to hang with you in the Sweet Hereafter when we get there like I have been blessed to on rare occasion in my dreams...♥
Man, even though I was born in 72 and got to enjoy all this awesome music on the radio and TV, I never got to experience any of it live....I want to change that and start going to concerts. I know they would be a blast
Daphne Williams - I was born in the same year, you missed out on the best musical history of your life 😕 get out to concerts ASAP and enjoy every minute.. I’ve seen, nirvana, Soundgarden, pearl jam, alice in chains and stp tons of times.. best years of my life
I thought the exact same thing! If I were at this concert in '92, I would've been 10 years old also. As a matter of fact, this is the music I was listening to at age 10. Now I'm 29 and still listening to it! Long live TOTD, AIC, MLB, PJ, and Soundgarden.
this is beautiful.. RIP Chris, you have so much love from your fans which is the only thing helping me cope with this disaster. you were one amazing person
1998 I turned 18, finished high school at 19 and soon after that off to mandatory military service. Got out of that in May of 2000, and with the formalities of my younger years out of the way, off to se Pearl Jam live later that same may. Good times!!! Thanks for this. Never got to be there in the early years.
Most of the time when people say "epic" these days, the thing they speak about is anything but. Here, though, the word "epic" is entirely warranted. My God.
It was pretty funny. Word went real quick through the crowd that Temple of the Dog was over there, and the whole damn crowd went that way! You can see all the people running in because no one there knew it was happening. It wasn't announced. The second stage was where smaller acts were playing that day. This show was at what, at the time was called Blockbuster Desert Sky Pavilion, on the west side of Phoenix.
That was glorious, that looks like it could have been thrown in on the extras for PJ20. You can see part of it was used for M.C. There are so many things past, present, and future we have yet to see. GLORIOUS!
Totd.. My music-addiction started at that moment, Being like 13 14 years old. Epic albums by Soundgarden, Pearl Jam and Smashing pumpkins I found out in a couple months, wow, great times great memories..
Nice to Matt Cameron in the background waving his arms, and I think I got a quick glimpse of Stone near the end...yeah....thems was the days, but I still love PJ and Chris so much. xoxo
Chris was absolutely beautiful inside and out. R.I.P. Beautiful Keeper 🙏🏽🕊♥️🌹♥️ love Eddie he awesome ♥️ there will never be another Chris he had such a beautiful voice 🌹 Eddie has an awesome voice.
I'm old...I am trying to remember what I was doing that night that was better than being there. Thanks to Chris and Eddie. Every time I watch this, I half expect to see Layne Staley walk out on stage...
That was the time when you felt part of something,at least that's how i see, there was a sense of union with the bands, nowdays i don't feel part of music and i don't want to be part of it!Need a time machine!!!
That's the best example of a "crowd drawer", number of people was maybe 100 at the start and increased dramatically during the performance and looks like thousands already before the song gets midway. Whew!
One of the coolest parts to this is how quickly the crowd fills up as they are realizing what is going on.
For 90s rock fans, this is a very rare video.
Eddie's quick smile at 2:00 when the crowd starts going wild for him is my favorite part... wish I could have been there for this. Awesome.
Two of the greatest voices from the 1990s.... On stage together.... Amazing
this is EPIC footage, WOW! whoever filmed this should be honored!
Back when it was truly filmed
2 phenominal voices that blend like no other! amazing! Im blessed to have been a part of such an amazing time in music history
Not packaged, not rehearsed, fly by the seat of your pants freaking awesome talent! Yeah!
This is awesome, the fans ran to them to listen to them makes me very emotional!!! 😥 love Eddie and Chris ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ R.I.P. CHRIS CORNELL WE REALLY MISS YOU!!!

HOW Stoked is that kid on his dad's shoulders... History right here...
Two legends together
The public wasn't aware the epicness they presenced
What a wonderful age. When people used their own eyes, and not their stupid cellphones to watch the show.
Right on
The guy who filmed this didn't
Photographers most certainly do use their eyes. That's how they film things...they watch them.
Yea but however er,. It's Always Amazing if Chris is there!!
Ricardo Novelo Social media has destroyed simplicity.
the two greatest singers of all time right here.
The two best parts?
1st- the kid @2:30
2nd- they both forgot to sing @4:05, and both cracking up!
haha cierto

it might be hard work, but these times must come back, just for the sake of it... and it will.
He'll yeah! Senior in '95, here. The 90's rocked; good music, good drugs, and good times for sure.
I was at this Lollapalooza and unfortunately missed this because i was on the other side of the venue and when i got over to where the second stage was, it was full, and they wouldn't let any more of us in.

Wow... 27 years ago. WOW, I was 13.... It makes me sad to have lost Chris so young and so unnecessarily. RIP Pal
one of the best videos on you tube i mean this is so freaking rare and i love the friendship between eddie and chris:)
The camera man did a great job capturing the artist, crowd and general surroundings of this most epic moment in time. BEAutiful video.
check out those young kids singing along to the song..that is so cool that little kids know great talent when they hear it..must be in their late 20's now and we are all still blessed with the talent of Chris & Eddie!!!

Officer Doofy Yea I know but are they coming to UK? Need to check that out?!- Shame on me!! 🙈
Officer Doofy hyeah and so is ed.....this was chris' song and he asked ed to work w/him on it and sing on it. RIP CHRIS
Officer Doofy ed actually sounds vocally better here. chris was having an off day....rare for him
I dig how that crowd QUADRUPLED in size over the course of 1 tune
I loved seeing how the crowd began dancing in, from where ever they were...when they began this song! Love the upload...thanks!

two Grunge who've had a dangerous voice...i love them all...LOVE 90's Music
Life was just cooler and more tolerable back then, imo, of course. More laid back. More about music and good times.
lilyvampwolf people weren't as divided compared to now.
so awesome seeing people run up to stage as the realize greatness is happening

Best part? When they forgot to sing! PRICELESS!
This almost brought tears to my eyes, I wish I was old enough back then, or at least born to hear them.
Nothing to say but pure beauty

That crowd got exponentially bigger by the second. Jesus, what I would give to be one of 50 people seeing that happen while Eddie and Chris gear up.
That kid singing along with them just made me miss times like these even more
