Have my parents house (1920s) on the east side of the Platte river and my house(1962) on the west side. Location can't be beat. Parks, foothills, good roads.

Very nice, that’s close to where my brother-in-laws family is! I think the same way, you get the best of both worlds! Thank you so much for watching!!

I’m flying to Colorado tomorrow and I will be there for 5 nights! It will be my second time in Colorado and I’m visiting from Florida. I will probably move to Colorado someday! Beautiful state!

Hey Buddy, just one quick question.
How far is Denver Airport from Englewood. I plan to visit in near future. Thank you. 👍😀

You can get to the airport in about 45-50 minutes from Englewood, maybe an hour if traffic is rough.

Thanks. How about safety? Where does Englewood fall in terms of a safe place for my wife to walk the pups at 11 PM? We know all places have some issues so we’re not expecting anything like a 100% promise that there’s no crime but is the PD squared away or messed up? Are the streets generally clean or littered with vagrants? Does the community look out for each other or is it every family for themselves? Thanks again!

Thank you so much for watching! Englewood definitely has its areas where things are a bit more chaotic and not as comfortable for those evening walks - but there’s plenty of neighborhoods where you can feel safe and secure. I think Englewood has some of the best living options from an amenities, location and safety consideration than many other areas of Denver.

So, I am looking at buying a townhouse (Villagio at Inverness) in 80112 which has an Englewood address. This location doesn’t seem to be reflected in your map. Why? In the course of my research, it came to light Englewood has a reputation for having poor quality tap water. If I am way out near Centennial FBO, will this poor quality tap water be an issue?

Englewood has some unincorporated territory that doesn’t show up in Googles outline and stretches well past it’s borders. I have not heard people in the Centennial area have anything negative to say about their water sources, for what it’s worth. Thanks for watching!
