Real Estate Agent Tips: How to Get Listing Appointments Cold Calling on Mojo

Cold Calling expireds using Mojo. 90% of the numbers were wrong but the key is still turning them into a contact. It might be a wrong number but the person that answers might actually be looking to buy or sell!
If someone tells me they are in the do not call list I say, "Oh, I'm sorry about that, I'll make sure to take it off our system as soon as we hang up" depending on the tone of their response I'll say before I let you go, my name is Loida I'm a local real estate agent and I was wondering have you bumped into anyone recently that has talked about buying or selling a home in the next 30 days?" ....you'll be surprised at people actually thinking about it... and that question is less forward than "when were you thinking of moving".
Tip: Write down your leads in a notecard with the potential commission in the back. Look at it anytime you do not feel like prospecting or calling back. This is potential commission if you don't do anything about it will not be yours.
