This is not a dream, rather an absolute nightmare for the Beatles! .... if you were a spectator, the only thing you would hear was a hubbub of endless howling, the singers could barely squeeze in. hear on stage! Most commentators complain about having videos with reported and / or edited soundtracks, this is normal, the original version of the concert soundtracks are inaudible due to the howls of the possessed pushed by these "fans"
I heard Ray Davies being interviewed on Talksport quite a few years ago on the H&J Show. Davies being a keen football fan. He spoke highly of The Beatles as being a great, tight live band. That is some compliment. The cinemas and theatres in the UK couldn't cope with the amplification being used by The Beatles. Lennon often bawling at Epstein and stage technicans as to how crap the sound balancing and lighting was. No wonder he became fed up with touring.
2 things I noticed. Paul not using a pick. He always did on Twist And Shout. And he is plucking it close to the frets which NEVER saw him do in performance films.
