What a beautiful spiders I got mine as a freebie years ago, and she turned out to be the best freebie ever! haha I agree that we absolutey need more of them in the hobby. Awesome stuff, bud!
Hey Tom how's it going buddy, its definitely on my breeding project list once I have some adults. Glad you enjoyed it as always mate ❤️
This is one of the last T's on my to own list. I have the Aphonopelma mooreae, the Lava tarantula, and the T seladonia. I have found a female after about six months of looking and I am so glad for these these videos. You make it so much easier for me to decide on this species along with it's care. Thank you so much for the information you put into your videos. Beginners like me greatly appreciate all you do. Keep up the good work.
And I really appreciate the kind comment I do my best to give you the best information I can and hope that it helps with your tarantula keeping journey. So it's very humbling to know I helped you in some way. Thank you for watching 😊
I finally got my klaasi. She is a 2.5 inch female. I named her Cassie.
Congratulations on your girl that's awesome 👌
Love these guys! I have a grown on sling/small juvie!
Hey Robbie nice rehouse of a gorgeous tarantula I have a juvi female just stunning defo in the top 2 most beautiful brachypelma.
Man I wish you had more subscribers, you deserve it! Yours are soooo calm, I isolated this species as one I really wanted pretty early on (I love pink) but the one I ended up with was extremely skittish and would kick hairs and throw up threat postures at the slightest disturbance. I totally recognise I got an oddball but it just wasn't what I was hoping for from this t so I eventually traded him to my vendor along with my MM B. simoroxigorum and got some spiders that had been on my wishlist for a while, but I LOVE seeing video of these guys! Definitely appreciate you mentioning that the temperament can vary... lol! What beautiful ts! They remind me a bit of D. panama with the colouration. Keep up the awesome work, man!

Hi Robbie !! I picked up a 2 inch unsexed Klassi last night 😊
Well done they are fantastic
They are so stunning and beautiful liked the set up aswell

Ya i agree rob
2k subscriber whoop whoop congrats m8
Thank you so much 💓
I have an emilia and boehmei. Love the colors on the klassi - might have to get one in the future. Great video and information. Thanks!
I love brachypelma about 2 years ago I went on a shopping spree and purchased every brachypelma and tliltocatl available, very under rated genus I love them
Great video Robbie. Love this species. Mine recently molted out. Beautiful animal 😍
They are, I scratch my head on why more people aren't breeding these

Thanks for watching ❤️ how's things?
Another awesome video mate such a stunning t fingers crossed that you have a male and female mate 👍
I hope so too buddy I'm so shocked more people aren't breeding them
@@robbiestalkingts hopefully people will see your video and think yeah I'm going to breed them because they are stunning maybe I'm a few years when I've got some mature adults I might give it ago will definitely be getting one of these soon though
I definitely need a huge spike in views for that to happen, I'm trying at the moment to come up with q format that resonates with the whole hobby, not just a small neich but hopefully one day 😊
@@robbiestalkingts have you posted your channel on the British tarantula society page on Facebook mate there's 11k members in there if not more I've tried to ask a moderator in there if I can share your videos and others in there but didn't get a reply but might be worth a shot mate
I've shared my content on there hundreds of times, unfortunately getting people to click is the hard part
AWESOME video mate I had a female about 10 years ago not an easy T to find
I know very few and far between, hopefully with the next molts they won't be all chewed up
@@robbiestalkingts Good luck mate hope they are a breeding pair
The camera dosent do the klaasi any Justice. For years I skipped over klassi videos. I saw one for the first time last month at an expo and immediately fell in love. I hope to have one of these in my collection soon.
They are a fantastic species I'm lucky enough shortly after the video was made they molted out and I do in fact have a breeding pair
Might have to look for this at the BTS thanks another species on my bucket list
Definitely have a look they are well worth getting
Awesome video, I really hope the are a breeding pair because they are stunning.😍🖤😍
Totally agree with you
Kinda wanna get this exact T. How is the upkeepin? Do I need a few inches of dirt for them to burrow ?
All terrestrial tarantulas should be given a few inches of substrate to give them the opportunity to burrow, some will and some won't but its best to give them the choice/chance to do so.
@@robbiestalkingts thanks! For beginners what size sling do you recommend? Any online sellers u recommend as well?
In the uk the spider shop, so many legs, Portsmouth tarantulas, spider planet. All great sellers
This is a Hardy species so any size is great but I'd try aim for at least a juvenile size just to be safe if you're not confident with slings.
I was under the impression that vermiculite was toxic for the tarantula. I could be wrong but I wanted to leave this comment for any keeper that might read this and potentially save a T. I love my klassi and I would be devastated if one of my errors in husbandry harmed her :(
Anyone saying vermiculite is harmful to ts dosent take into account that all through the 80s and 90s ts were kept on nothing but vermiculite with 0 issues, there's too many scare stories in this hobby invented out of a person's need to sound intelligent and important, it's harmless. The only reason it's not used on its own anymore is to allow burrowing behaviour which is what the T naturally wants to do
Thank you for ur response 🕷I was actually told that information from a reptile shop owner and go figure, they sold me a bag of cocofiber that day😂🙏 beautiful spiders you have, and very informative, I’m now subscribed!!
The scare from vermiculite came a few years ago when there was instances in the u.s where batches were being mined and found to contain asbestos but that was a location issue and bad mining practice. Vermiculite is a naturally occurring mineral found in soil across the globe if it was harmful like people said we would lose billions of insects across the planet. Its great for aeration in the soil and moisture retention when mixed with things like coco fibre, topsoil ect, especially if you branch out into bio active enclosures.
@@robbiestalkingts it’s good to have this kinda stuff clarified and discussed in comment sections, I got my first T in the early 2000s as a teenager (the days of heat lamps and water sponges 😣)and there was so little information available i had to order in a book to learn care and husbandry. google and UA-cam were yet to exist. I’m back in the hobby as a adult and it’s so cool to see how far tarantula keeping has come!
No water bowls.
Yes there's water bowls I did explain I took one out to clean out and one was placed in the new enclosure
