Kershawk Shuffle vs Shuffle II

- In this side by side comparison I take a look at the Kershaw Shuffle and the Shuffle II. Recently, I received a Kershaw Shuffle in BattlBox Mission 28. It is a knife I am familiar with as I already owned it, as well as the Shuffle II. The 2 Knives are similar but I think Kershaw made some improvements with the Shuffle II, but at the same time I still really like the original Shuffle.

Got the shuffle in battlbox as well and love it. Use the flat head screw driver feature alot already. I put a razor edge on it and it just slices through cordage and cardboard like a hot knife through butter.

great comparison of the two. Have the Shuffle 1 and really like the feel of it. The choile does bother me a little, but keeps me focused when my fingers that close. Side note, I put mine on a carabiner with an edc pocket tool and a Nano striker, hooked to my lunch box. Yea, even my lunch is tactical lol
Haha, tactical lunch! Someone needs to make a lunch box that has molle webbing all over it. Anyways, yeah that choil does make you focus in a bit huh!

So I'm not a big fan of the Tanto blade on the 2, and my son has been carrying the shuffle for a couple of days and really likes it. Great comparison and great video.
Ray Chappell hey bud, Thanks for watching. I agree, I like the blade style of the Shuffle 1.
I like both of them. The blade on the 1 is more for slicing cutting and I think the 2 is more for stabbing because of the point on the tanto even though it still slices but not as good as the 1 because of the shape of the blade. I wish they would have transferred the texture from the 1 to the 2 and came out with the same blade shape as the 1 as an option then it would have been perfect. The toil is perfect on the 2 though. They both have there pros and cons.
Good video. Makes me think what that knife would be like if you took the handle of the shuffle and put it with the blade of the shuffle II.

I own way too many of these knives.. I have em stashed everywhere.. the 2 is my leader on this comparison..
Yankee Tanker Outdoors they are good stash knives, small, lightweight, and not expensive. cant beat that!
Great review! I love the shuffle 1, it's my favorite knife for the price ($10 at a gun show). I bought the shuffle 2 and didn't like it at all. The 1's blade shape slices better and the screwdriver is useful, the 2's screwdriver is too big. I did have to file down the bottom point on the blade on the shuffle 1, I wear XL gloves and it did rub my finger a little.
That is a good idea for grinding down the blade near the choil. I might have to do that. The handle on the I is so much better in my opinion than the II. I do think the pry bar function of the 2 is better than the 1. Thanks for watching!

Roasting it is... it's 10:30pm and it is barely starting too cool off from being 106 where I live today.
So inside scoop, I actually will shoot multiple videos in a day and when I do I usually change clothes. haha.
