8:20 I like how your rig and ASAP magically moved to below the edge protection 😆

Really like the steel strops used as rope protection i haven't seen that before but can think of so many times it would have been useful.

Nice use of the wire rope, another good trick to add to the bag.

nice, best possible protection, this is where a grillion comes in handy to lower onto the ropes, I always carry one now their so useful!

If you read the notice about the edge protection you would see that they recommend only one rope in it in order to avoid friction between both rope.
    What do you think?

Maybe a dumb question but why is it necessary to create a Y hang using an alpine butterfly as opposed to using two deviation lines to create the same "Y hang? Thanks!

it has to be an alpine butterfly as it can be loaded 3 ways at any time, a good y hang should always split the load across both anchors as evenly as possible.

helo my friends, I am Leandro from Brazil, I have a doubt about strops by wire; I no get buy this model , that you use in video. By chance is possible use one steel chain? But I will put one transparent rubber together chain and after this one carabine. So what you think? Thank you!

It would work better than using your rope for sure! You would have a bending point for your chain at the edge, so if you take that into account regarding chain strength and opening size, you should be fine! Any wire with enough strength and a termination will do, as long as the termination is up to par, and you can get a carabiner in!

Couldn't you use a foot loop to assist over the edge?

Would failure of the loop rope on the working rope not cause a swing until the backup caught?

Can I do this method with only one anchor at each end?

When he used the second wire rope on his main line, how did he pass the knots?
