I only found your channel a few weeks back & wanted to say how much I love these what I eat in a weeks, the snippets of your life combined with recipes & food is so lovely to watch. 😊
it's so lovely to see you and your channel grow 🥰 I can see that you're having more fun with the editing and the way you show us your meals and I'm loving it!
also could you do a vid on maybe some easy vegan dorm snacks/meal ideas? ik you have a few vids like this, but as a vegan college student with only a microwave and a mini fridge it’s rough 😩
Another terrific video I’m going to buy an eggplant 🍆 tomorrow to roast with some tofu. It’s such a simple idea and your sandwich looked delicious 😋. You’re very talented in the kitchen 👩🏻🍳🙌🏻👌 18 here in Australia is an adult, you can vote, drink alcohol, go into nightclubs. Is it the same where you are Julia?
The soy yogurt you use is so much thicker than any non-dairy yogurt here in the US that I'm almost envious! I'll be traveling to Germany later this month and I'm looking forward to trying some soy yogurt as well as tofu first-hand. Thanks, Julia!
Awesome inspiring video as always. And I’m also trying to soak up the last bits of summer by being outside more mindfully. I also love za’tar on everything I can put it in. I really need to make those rice noodles now yummy
over the years of xc i’ve learned people are either absolutely ravenous after practice or have 0 appetite, no in between 😭 personally i’m a ravenous girlie too
thanks! I do equal amounts basmati rice and brown lentils. I soak the lentils overnight, and rinse the rice 2x before cooking. this way they are done at the same time :) just add a little salt for flavour and 2,5x water
It seems like noone on the youtube (except for Italians) know how to say tagliatelle the right way. G in tagliatelle is silent, so you read it as it says, without G, taliatelle 😅
@@juliamaiten neither am I, but I still know how to pronounce stuff I am eating. I would assume as a youtuber and filming for large amount of people you would at least know how to proprerly say what you are making 😁☺️
Dankeschön! Ich liebe deine Videos. So entspannend.
Julia, you are truly the queen of the most creative and beautiful-looking vegan dishes
@@mattie_17 thank you
Everyone deserves to be loved as much as you love parsley. 😁
hahahhahahahaha
Another great video as usual. Please keep them coming..

@@skyhowie54 have fun on your trip! the yogurt i buy is thickened, so make sure to look for plant-based „quark“ :)
@@juliamaiten Thank you so much for that tip! Enjoy the rest of your day.

the pans are WMF, the pots are from Fiskars :)

love seeing a vegan runner. are you training for a race?
2 half marathons in October :)
What do you mean by “crispy lettuce”?
just non-soggy lettuce haha, I put the lettuce in an ice bath to make sure it was extra crispy
