If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.
The first step to successful investing is figuring out your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but is very advisable you make use of a professional like I did. If you get the facts about saving and investing and follow through with an intelligent plan, you should be able to gain financial security over the years and enjoy the benefits of managing your money.
The stock market rally run is gone, but I'm not sure if equities will swiftly recover, keep falling, or fluctuate in a narrow range for a few weeks, or if things will quickly get worse. I'm under pressure to increase my $300k reserve.
Making touch with financial advisors like Kimberly Kent who can assist you restructure your portfolio, would be a very creative option. Personal financial management will be crucial to navigating the next difficult times.
I agree with you! With her help, I diversified my 450k portfolio among different markets. During this bearish market period, I was able to produce a net profit of little over $1 million from high dividend yield stocks, ETFs and equity. However, the reality is that you cannot do it without a tried-and-true trading coach like Kimberly Kent
Her success story is everywhere. I keep on hearing expert Mrs Kimberly's name being mentioned here and other platforms, Does she really worth the credits and reviews?
Dubai is great indeed! I agree with what your points here, Rafael (not just this video only might I add). Don't even get me started on the government overreach we witnessed during those couple of years in recent history. Without a doubt, my sense and desire for freedom is much stronger now that it was before C19.
Local laws favor UAE citizens, anything critical about Dubai or UAE could get you in jail and deported. (there goes your property investment). So much for "freedumb". Dubai is always in the Top 5 cities for worst air quality on IQ air.
I've been living in Dubai for almost 9 years . Now I want to go back to Germany. I had enough from the heat and dusty weather this thing you can't change it . I had my friend left also back to Canada after 14 years . The city trying as much as they can to be developed like the west but they always falling . I don't know maybe because I feel 10 years ahead when I Am in Germany or Europe in general but when I stay in Dubai to go 10 years backward ! Mostly from the surrounding environment and driving headache like mad max. I just want to look at green scenery enjoy winter and cold weather and live the simplicity. I had enough from fake people and stressful environment.
Will you do a video that speaks specifically to what benefits Americans can have in Dubai. We still have to report taxes so we aren’t truly tax free. Thank you
I can't give you a detailed answer. But the first point would be that the first $100K of company profit is not taxed by the government of Dubai; so... I would think... that if tax officials believe that your net profit is less than $100K, they probably won't scrutinize your business carefully. Also, under the FEIE, you can pay yourself & your spouse a combined income of $240K/yr. So let's say that your business has $300K in revenue & you're paying out $240K in salaries... you'll be way under $100K in profits; so the government of Dubai isn't going to scrutinize your business. Then add to that the fact that there may be opportunities to get paid in crypto; if you receive crypto, it then becomes a question of whether or not you consider it your patriotic duty to report it to the US government.
he renounced his citizenship and is no longer a US citizen. that's what MOST of them are doing! Reporting is a PITA! If you live on a Green Card (permanent residency) in the US, renouncing is a bit easier, but reporting taxes and everything else is the same! 'murica for you! Thank Obama for introducing this crap!
Between Dubai, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, and now trending Japan, those are places to go for finding the big hitters. NYC and LA are not the places to really go to anymore.
Do you an accountant (or agency) that you recommend in Dubai for doing taxes, for expats? I'm a physician from NYC who moved here 7 mo ago. Thanks for all your content. I love all your videos.
Odds are, all of the Caribbean countries will raise their price to $200K or higher. But even at $200K, Caribbean citizenships are the best deal for the money... among CBI. Of course, you could always go the naturalization route.
🥺 please Rafael do an in-depth video about UAE GREEN VISA and its requirements. you mentioned it in min 3 of your vid 'Dubai New 10 Year Visa is Here' 9months ago but we haven't heard anymore about it from you. Thanks
Hey I love your content. Just noticed you said you only need to spend 90 days in the country to qualify for tax residency. For example if I live in UK and open a business and dubai but spend 90 days in dubai and the rest in Uk will I have to pay tax in UK or dubai. Just trying to understand how the system works. Thanks in advance.
If you spend more than 90 days in UK you’re liable for UK taxes….. The goal is to not spend too much time in other countries which charges high taxes while spending most time in a country like UAE to get the tax residency. You get UAE tax residency if you spend 90 days or more. Most millionaires rotate btw diff countries every 3 months and keep UAE as their tax residency status to enjoy zero taxes.
@@osifomrygonen you need stay for a minimum 2 days for every 6 months if you get a UAE PR Visa…..but it’s enough to stay for around 3 months in total per year in UAE to get tax residency status

When I was in the Middle East, I felt an increase in freedom vs. the US. Yes, I felt 'free-er' if that's a word.
Took the words right out of my mouth. Exactly my thoughts on what it’s like here. ✊🏼❤
Getting ready to make the move next year🤩
I was in Dubai recently; quite an interesting place. I could see living there if there were a sufficient financial incentive (for me) to do so.

Japanese hate immigrants mate. Zero tolerance
Dubai is dead mate Apparently, kyc/aml is being ramped up considerably across the board in Dubai, both corporate and personal.
So what if KYC/AML is being ramped up? That’s normal in the developed world.
Is Crypto “Free zone” in Dubai is exempt of the new 9% tax?
Yes
Do your own research, I’ve read a lot of recent info suggesting rules have changed to enjoy the tax exception
Congratulations on your video.
