I lost the under bra fat and 1.5 inches off my waist thanks to Drive and Flex. Mostly I found success because Sydney coaches us. I found myself reflecting on food choices and thinking, “Did those choices really serve me.” The training sessions are solid, but Sydney, your coaching is why I keep coming back❤

Is anyone else unable to download this video? Does anyone know why the video can't be downloaded anymore? Because I live in South Africa and we have something called load shedding where our govt cuts off our entire country's electricity at certain times of the day so we don't have access to the internet so I can't watch while connected to the net. I do my workouts when we are offline to pass the time but now I won't be able to anymore.
THAT was AWESOME! Felt really good to push hard. I bumped up everytime I could and pushed to failure a few times. I also tried bumping up a few times and couldn't budge the weight so had to drop back down, but I tried. Looking forward to seeing how much progress I make this month. Let's do this!

Thank you Sydney for making these workouts available! I started back in 2020 and have kept going since! My MIL moved in with us last year and she has joined me almost daily, she has had several back surgeries so she modifies but it’s absolutely changed her quality of life!! And encouraged me! I’ve lost 20lbs as of a year ago today, that’s never happened. Thank you for your faithfulness in encouraging us and equipping us Sydney ( we are just starting this program as we were late starting in the year due to illness but we are going to keep pressing on!
Really enjoyed Flex Day #1. I've dropped 25 pounds since November using Sydney's workouts, zone 2 cardio walking and modifying my diet. I'm feeling so much better about myself inside and out!!
OH MY!!! Every muscle in my body is trembling. Whew! Thank you Sydney! Also, I've made the decision to up the weights this month. Push through the discomfort and JUST DO IT!

Love the new set! I loved the workout too. I was still a little apprehensive about pushing to failure, but I definitely pushed heavier weights. I’m can definitely tell I’m getting stronger with every workout 💪🏻
