"I replaced diesel filter and car want start" - You are here because this sentence. Diesel fuel filter bleeding is easy with tools,but without tools.. hmm
Air in fuel lines are small but big problem. Diesel engine won't start if you have air in fuel system!
You need to bleed air from engine and everything is gonna be ok.
You should do same thing as I did but with hand pump,not this one. Some older Diesel engines have pump under the hood so you can easily remove all air.

After chance it's simple..fill the oil or fuel on the filter and done...
You should always prime your little drill pump with diesel to get suction.

Thank you, car is working after watching your video. Took a vacuum pump and it worked beautifully.
Just unplug the green end and hold the pipe upwards poor fuel to the brim then put connector back on, the air bubble returned as you had it laid flat. The pipe your clearing is a return pipe if the bubble is there it is already out of the engine mechanism..
just fill fuel filter up with diesel then use easy start it will run after
I FACED SAME DILEMMA AFTER DISCONNECTING THE FUEL FILTER.
THE ENGINE RUNS PERFECTLY AFTER BLEEDING THE FUEL SYSTEM AS YOU DEMONSTRATED.
on HDI its same problem but diesel fuel goes around injector so it seems that 1 injector are clooged too so car only crank and diesel fuel are spilled around injector and even comes thru injector out thru pipe

allways fill filter with fuel.. fit electric fuel pump.. no worries.. all vehicles..
Worth a try.
