This looks similar to Zombie Road Trip, a game I used to play on mobile that's a lot like this but more simplistic and more comedic. Biggest difference is ZRT doesn't have individual car parts but does have guns. But a lot of things are similar. The runs, the distance giving you money, zombies giving you money, the map style, the driving style, the bonus when you decapitate a bunch of zombies at once, boost being OP, just to name a few.
I can't believe I forgot this masterpiece, this game made me want to pick up a guitar and make an attempt to play. Do infectonator sometime, would you dude?

There's an old zombie survival strategy flash game called Rebuild 2, it's actually really in depth and has a few different endings, I think it'd make for a great speedrun!
Rebuild 2 was so fun. The speedrun would be infuriating though. So much RNG. Actually recommended the system of colonist skills from the first game for a city builder game currently in Early Access. Don't know if the dev saw that comment or listened, but it would be cool if they did.
You can play it with BlueMaxima's Flashpoint. Download the full 400GB one if you have 400GB to spare, or Infinity if you just want to play games (~400MB).
I know the gore was added because “gore is cool” or whatever. But imagine that irl. We would not be able to see through that windshield after the second zombie.

This game, angry birds, plants vs zombies, fire boy water girl, age of war, these kinda games just bring back so much Nostalgia because i used to play them while my siblings were watching, we'd take turns, and it was fun, good old days :)

After replaying the whole game series I managed to piece together the lore of Earn to die. So it goes like this: Earn to die: It's a zombie apocalypse and this guy has found shelter on a water tower. From there he sees with his binoculars a helicopter 3000 meters away. He finds three old vehicles and he drives them one by one trying to reach the helicopter. When he finally does and flies away, some zombies have grabbed on the grills of the helicopter. Earn to die 2010 (parts 1 & 2): Part 1:The guy has to do an emergency landing when he notices that the helicopter has run out of fuel. He then receives a radio call that the military is evacuating the country with a plane located in Washington DC. So he drives from the Mexico border all the way there. Part 2: Basically he continues his trip to Washington DC and manages to get on the plane. In the end there is a plot twist: a zombie has also got on the plane and the game ends in a cliffhanger. Earn to die 2: This is mostly a spin off and is happening during the events the other games. Here we see a different guy running away from a horde of zombies and finds shelter in an abandoned gas station. On the TV there is an emergency message that the US military is evacuating the country with a boat located in Florida. So he drives all the way there and manages to reach the boat. But there is another plot twist: at the end, one of the containers on the boat is shaking and I think you know what that means. Zombies got on the boat and the game also ends in a cliffhanger. Earn to die 3: Who the hell cares?
