Great review. I love DCA; after the Noire and the Stealth, I’m so confused about the design here. The tuning looks absolutely perfect for my preferences, but that chassis is so confusingly poorly designed. At this price point, sound AND aesthetics are important to me.
Supposedly it looks better in person, I’m getting one so we’ll see :-)

I wanted to ask you, what desktop headphone amplifier do you recommend to get the most out of the E3’s? How much output power should the headphone amp have to run these? If you recommend a specific one to get the most out of these headphones, let me know.
Do you know if the cable for my Aeon Noir would fit the E3? I got some custom cables for the Aeon, and would like to use them on the E3 should I purchase one.
Which will you recommend, the E3 or z1r?
Why no xlr cable in 2023..
Because XLR is outdated.
