I advice you to use the jade roller in upside motion. You want to lift your skin. Up and down is bad for the skin. You have some pressure points too. 😉

Aki Haru dumb question but before first use, do you need to clean it and in between uses as well and with what?
@@donnamartinez3443 there are no dumb questions. It is preferable to clean it with alcohol if you use a serum, oil or cream with the jade or quartz roller. 😉

The best items on here, I am totally going to look into those boots. I am wearing the wal mart thermal shirt you suggested and wow, just wow! I also purchased the leopard print short sleeve and a cream one and they are fantastic thanks for bringing these to my attention.
