6:39 check your gate circuit , theres burnt resistors on the drive, i always verify good gate waveform now before installing a new clip. I hate turning an a new repair and realising i just pulled the trigger on an ak47 as the igbts explode in quick succession. (Clip reference probably makes sense now)

If these do blow then there is more trouble present, like the dead time or the gate drive, so watch these on a scope, you can look what chip do drive the igbt and recalculate deadtime if that is to small.
