Hello I have the same problem on my mma 250 igbt welder. Pin 8 was reading low and I've removed j3y smd transistor and now it works. Should I wait for replacement transistor arrives or can I work with welder? Thank you
I recently got a Kzubr 400N MMA single phase stick welder which claims to (input 220v-36.6A stable, up to 47.6A max input)output 400A lol. Anyway it seems to be built solid and after further inspection I found that the real output is actually 200A which is still awesome considering I paid 120€ for it. Anyhow I have taken it apart and examined it and the insides look pretty identical but instead of the ground and stinger bars that are made of aluminium in the one shown in the video mine has them made of copper which was nice to see. Anyhow what do you think the life expectancy will be of my machine?
I have the same welder and I have 67 volts at the output but it has no current. The output diodes and triacs are fine, the sg3525 works correctly. I don't know where to look anymore
I have a welder machine which there is not output voltage. I tested 2 IGBT = Ok, 4 Diodes = Ok, 3 Polyester caps ok, 2 with 4.7 uF and 0.02 Esr and other 400v with 4.7uF and 0.03 Esr. Bridge rectifier is Ok. But, i haven't square waves in gate of 2 igbts. Thre wave it's similar to a part of senoid. Is the module the problem ?
@@lucasrocha4329 A short circuit on the 24V line and the power supply does not start due to overload, or the IC is powered off from the secondary circuit

Hello bro,i changed all 8050 ,zener,6.2k ,22k resistor but i am getting 0.8v at 8pin of 3525 what could be yhe Resason,should I remove IC because that only left to change now
Boss what is problem for inverter welding machine 200a,250a,300a, after I change the four igbt, and I check the output voltage is 90vdc, when I test the sparking, immediately the igbt will explode back, sir what is the cause sir?

Now if the RT1 is getting hot just by the power supply were is the problem
Regarding the 4 places, I think it is for either 2 IGBT or using 4 mosfets selection choices.
I have looked at data sheets and diqgrams and no info on correct voltage at shutdown/soft start pin. Thanks for sharing the info. 👍

Sometimes the IC on the control board fails on its own.
@@repairlab14 The fan try to rotate . However, it moves too much small and i don't have 24v in this line.

On pin-8 must be 5 volts, same as vref. Replace 3525.
